I am a caregiver 24 hours 7 days a week. I can take time out to do what I like but what good will it do? I guess you can say my free time is my internet time. @atiqkhanumvi I don’t have so much free time because of my home and family duties. My job is not such problem, but when I home I like to rest if kids are at my mother in law, or even sleep if that is possible. Health and fitness in my openion is very important.I have seen many people after getting above 30 years they just become so lazy and they dont care for their diet,which is very dangerous.For good health good and healthy food and also regular exercise is very important

@cely No, it’s free to listen to. The guy that owns it is pretty cool. His name is Mike but goes by either Mikey or Rascle. He just likes to keep people in a mellow mood. I think WildGhost used to be an old radio station he used to work at years ago. I could be mistaken.

Interesting I also have a friend who also streams live radio online and he gets to listen to his home town music anytime of day. And I think that’s a good idea at least when your far away your able to connect yourself from far away from home how nice
