First of all congratulations on trying to be fit as for getting your back longer, i don’t know how you can achieve that i have never heard about it i think that depends on how you were born there are those people who are born with long/short backs or torso i hope that’s the right word to use (the mid section of the body) but trying to achieve a longer back is new to me

I have a lot of things being said about energy drinks experts say they cause toxins in the body and they can even cause death when they are taken in large quantities as much as they may seem sweet and tasty they are very dangerous to our bodies. 1-3 bottles or cans is recommended in a day.

It is quite unfortunate to see such things happening in our lives in this day and age but it is happening that’s a reality but i wish parents would try to love kids equally even if there is one whom they love more do not show it to the others

I agree with you @shavkat what you have said is very true many kids are very dependent on gadgets and this is a bad trend. i feel the kids should be more engaged in house chores, and out door games this will keep them bust thus they won’t have time to play with the gadgets, and the other way is also to stop buying kids gadgets below the age of 14 years,  encourage them instead to get involved in school clubs, sports, gymnastics, music classes, excursions and the like make it interesting and that will definitely work in their favor.

@morgoodie why would you wait to start having trouble in your relationship when you can avoid it at all cost? like you said @oksummer age is just a number but the one thing people don’t realize is that age also has issues and when the issues come it breaks down a lot of things and that is when you hear people divorced or separated because of some kind of misunderstanding that could have been worked on.

15 Years as an age gap is too big, this is someone you can compare to your dad. first and foremost there are too any disadvantages to this kind of love for one you will always have conflicts on everything because the older person has other preferences to the younger one. it is said that when a younger person dates an older person they tend to start looking older and at the same time they make the guy look much younger so i wouldn’t agree on such a relationship.

Weddings have always been a joy to attend especially if it is of a family member but there are some things that cannot be avoided i think the best thing is for you to talk to your cousin and just tell her about all the things you have mentioned, then let her be the one to respond first and from her response you will be able to know what position to take without offending her. that’s what i think at least that way whatever decision you make she will take it in a good way because you have told her about your schedule
