Oohh i remember that kind of christmas like it was yesterday. I used to love christmas time when i was still a young kid, it used to be so interesting as compared to today. I guess my mum and dad came with the English traditions from England and set them on us. We always used to decorate the house with christmas lights, s Christmas tree, presents, the socks i still see one sock with my mum still surviving to this day since the 70’s hehehe. Then tgere was the mistletoe, which was placed above the main door, and yhat meant that if you met someone at the door you would have to kiss them. That happened mostly with my dad and mum for us whenever our friends came over it was the norm and you can only imagine how much fun the boys wrre having. Anyway so the Christmas traditions were very much alive in our family and it went on until we all finished college and people decided that they wrte too old to be doing those things so it started fading off little by little until the nieces and nephews started coming and the tradition started again but not as much. i used to enjoy it and so i am hoping that i will pass it over to my kids as well so that the tradition can go on to the end of time.

Begging in my country has gone to another level where people dont do it genuinely. You will find people who are well physically they dont look like they are disabled in anyway for them to be assisted by passers by and you wonder why would someone go begging on the streets when they are in perfect condition to go out and fend for themselves. All people want is freebies yet we are in an era where if you use the brains that God has given you , you can actually live a comfortable life. But people nowadays don’t want to work their way up, they want quick money which has never really helped anyone. To answer your question i used to be very sympathetic to beggars on the streets back in the days, i used to give money sometimes i may even buy some bread and milj and give them because they were genuine and you could see that they really needed help, but nowadays things have changed people are actually using begging as an excuse not to work and just get free money. Lije the other day i stumbled on one who was smoking a cigarette and is begging for alms how do you help such a person honestly. I myself don’t smoke, how do i start giving such a person my money forget it! Thats being insane. |

I actually agree with you. I remember when we started having mobile phones i used to sleep wuth mine right beside me or even under the pillow for some time, until a study came up about it. That it was very dangerous to sleep with phones on our pillows. I even got to see some pictures taken of some people who have been affected by this habit. So after seeing that my phone used to stay on my dressing table till morning. Nowadays u have it by my bedside drawer i guess thats not so bad or is it. |

Wow this is so inspiring! Just the thought of a mother having her children come to her and share their lives experiences, wanting to see them healthy and well, thats a very small gift to give to a mother according to a child but for a mother its the best gift that your child could ever give you. Time is one thing that so many people take for granted, but its the most powerful after love that someone could give to another. I came to realize as i grew up that money is not everything because you may have it and still lack that peace of mind or love. Spending time with that person that you love is the greatest thing you could do. It brings people closer in bonding with a cord that cannot be broken.how interesting is that. Wonderful feeling indeed. |

All you have written is quite true about the mind. i think the person who came up with the idea of having parks in towns and nature walks did a good thing. He probably thought of how people usually feel tired when they come from work, then they go home and there is really nothing as good as having a cool breeze. So going to a lake side and just feeling the cool breeze and the quietness of nature with the swaying of trees is the best way to have a calm mind. You can never go wrong with that. I remember always going to the park and just taking natur walks hey are so relieving |

Good calculations there peach just like you ha e said that is like a dream. Achieving 100$ here in LB is like having no other work to do. If you trully want to achieve that kind of money here then brace yourself for the long hours that you will have to spend on the computer to get to 100$. Its impossible i cant even imagine myself getting there even if i was given a whole month! That is way too much time to sit staring at the computer screen by the time you are through you will probably be suffering from eyes paining.it takes a lot of time and energy to get that kind of money here. Especially for those of us who work 6 days in a week. |

Murder had never been acceptable or will never be acceptable in the world over no matter what. Those people who do such things are just being greedy, they will di anything to get what somebody else has. They are the people who dont like seeing anyone with anything, and their morive is always to see someone suffer as they get on witheir perfect life. I have heard so many people who have killed their kin because of land or material stuff and it is so sad. Sometimes i say its better for people to write wills while they are still toung si that they can avoid such things as sibling rivalry or killings that take place in families. |

Let me start by quoting this God made man, man made money, and money made man mad. Would i be so far off by saying that that has become a reality in our societies? Well you decide, but i strongly think that that is the case. We many at times work so hard and all we think aboyt is making more and more money no one seems to be content with what they have. True life has becone unbearingly expensive that people have to work extremely hard to make ends meet. And this is the reason that martiages and relationships are hardly surviving because no one has time for the other, everyone is busy doing something to bring in more money. The truth is money can and will never be enough no matter what we do. So its better to have your friends and family closer because they are the ones who will stivk with you to the ends of the time. Money is just for a short time it comes an goes, so if you base your life on it then you are surely going to end up in abad situation than you ever thought of. |

What makes me happy mmhh yhis question has a lot to it its very wide, but in all sense to me it all boils down to attitude. Attitude is what is going to determine what kind of life you live or what kind of life you want to have. It stands in the gap for everything in life. When you want to be successful you will put in all the knowledge you have on something, you can run around read all the books you can to gain the knowledge that you need bur without attitude you are doing a lot of nothing and just wasting your time. When you learn to listen to what your being told and acting accordingly that is attitude, when you when you take time to react to certain issues and weigh whivh way to go about it you have attitude and this are just some of the things that we need to think about to be happy in life. And ehen you do this things everything else will fall into place. So choose attitude and the riches, the good wife or husband, the good jobs, and a nice house will all come to you without struggle. |

Wow am happy for you, this is some wonderful news for everyone indeed. I had to stop writing blogs for sometime, but i will try it out ahain and see how it all goes. But this will definitely get people back yo writing much more knowing that they dont have to wait for close to one day to have their blogs approved. that really demotivated people but now things are all good thanks for sharing this great news. Cely you have just nailed it. Hatred is one feeling that no one i guess wouldn’t want to have in their life time. i have seen people who have held hatred in their hearts and has caused them to do some very bad things. Its inevitable for these kinds of feelings to crop inside of someone and the best thing that someone can do is to try to avoid them as much as they can. When we get hurt by people it may be hard to forgive but you would be better off foegiving than keeping the bitterness in your heart.when you forgive that person you feel more relieved your at peace and your life can move on without feeling stressed out. |

The picture depicts love i don’t think it has anything to do with the way she feels or her falling out of love. All the same the poem is okay. Talking about a love and how unfair it can be. It is true that at times we actually go through stuff when we are in love. You love someone but they dont love you back, and that can be really fruatrating when you tgink about it but thats tge irony behind it there us reallynothing much that we can do about it other than live with it as it is. |

My goal is to spend time with my loved ones catch up and just have fun rogether. Thats just a first then i will start arranging stuff for my business that i want to start up in January.that includes licences and equipment for the business. Am thinking of also doing some christmas shopping and maybe plan for a weekend get away with my better half. Oohh and another thing is ro do some repairs in my house and also do some painting as well. So far that is what i want to do before chriatmas time so that by the time people getbaxk from their chriatmas holidays me i will be set fo the new year. |

Thats right, but its not only sinners who take oaths, oaths are taken by anyone who wants to enrich themselves in things that are not right. I tend to believe that when someone takes an oath they are swearing upon something that has been created by man and not God why would you do that because you want to gain something that you lnow you cannot get easily and th3 only way is swear. |

These days people have become lazy in doing chores or working. I remember the other day a friend of nune who owns a company said to me that when young people go to their offuces looking for hovs, th3 first thing they want to know is how much they will ve paid, they dont even ask what the work entails, and he thought if at all that is what th3y want hiw can they walk. They will probably be working and thinking, wht am i working in this job when it is paying me peanuts and before you know it they want to opt out of the job, and usually most of the time they do leave the job. anyway most people nowadays want quick money and that money neer lasts because it is easy money you dont sweat for it, but when you sacrifice certain things and work hard you will definitely succeed in what your doing other than depending on others. |
