@jhsayyar, Others just consider it a quits relationship for the sake of peace and freedom. Those whose marriages are broken cannot anymore handle their being together under one roof with no love at all in their heart. Better that way to have their separate ways to give each other a chance to move on to a better feeling and life.

I wonder listening to the word broken family is a new name for me to which you call a broken family, in fact is the concept of western civilization, not of the eastern civilization because in all Islamic countries you will find only five to ten percent broken families because God and and the Muslim societies do not like divorce in any shape.

@EvilElf, Hi friend? So sad to hear about your love story, but happy when you are happy at your end after divorce made. That is a very good decision. That is what I do not like in marriage. Marriages end all the time for whatever reason. Does this mean it’s a broken relationship? Yes, in a way it is but the people involved can get past it including the children. I know this from experience. I am divorced and I am happy about the divorce. I am no longer in a controlled relationship where I could not do anything at all without asking…[Read more]

@EvilElf , I thin you are not guilty my dear. Yes, I am guilty of this. I show favoritism towards my youngest child over my older children. The reason why this is because my oldest children do not want to come see me or contact me whereas my youngest is always wanting to come to my house. So I do more for him. Why should I put in more effort for someone that wants nothing to do with me? I…[Read more]

cely, Mom is finally feeling better. Thanks for your concern. It’s good to know that people do care. It’s been hard getting mom to eat and take her medication but I stuck to it and did just that. Now she gets up and takes her medication on her own. I still make sure she takes them. I also make sure she eats. That was my biggest concern was her…[Read more]

We cannot deny the fact that favoritism is always in the nature of most.
Parents may say that they do not favorite one, but through there actions, we can discern it. There are many causes of favoritism in the family. Either the child is more intelligent than the other, the child is more appealing and beautiful, or the child is generous than the…[Read more]

There are parents who display favoritism to their children at home, which many do no like. I, for myself, a victim of this favoritism at home.
