Well, first of all the rising temperatures make me think that getting AC servicing done is very near. Then, we will be avoiding going out in sun, but that is not always possible.
We will be eating more of watermelons and ice-creams.
And yes water intake will rise.

I think whatever you post here ought to be authentic. As for frauds, it is an All Indian phenomenon.  Secondly when we provide our identity proof docu mentioned to anyone, we ought to properly sign and of possible keep a note of what all we provided.

We ought nought share our ID proofs details or any other things with even our best of friends.

@ichchhemrityu
Indeed, with many books, we do get that strange feeling.

Yes, food has indeed many vital effects on our bodies. I recall that sometime in January this year, I started eating too many peanuts. After a few days, I started feeling effects of constipation. When I reduced the peanuts intake, my problem also subsided. So, food intake- even a fluctuation of day or two has a big impact.

Yes I too think number of blog posts count more than the length, even though a post of 700 words will probably have slightly ,ore weight-age than a 300 or 350 word post.

Well in India, often on many roadside food stalls, and even in Restaurants, older and not so fresh ingredients are used. Many times, oil is heated again and again for making fried things, which many people eat and I have read that it can be dangerous for our health due to harmful ingredients such reheating causes.
We also hear about some banned things, even medicines that are still sold in India, when many European and other countries have banned them.
Sometimes, authorities take action, and awareness on food related safety matters in terms of labeling and categorization has increased.
However, public awareness and lack of hygiene is a major hindrance.

@shivamani yes a gap is indeed required between eating and sleeping.

Well even I am having certain problems in life apart from money matters that at times make me and my family restless. At times, we feel if God singled us out for some bad treatment. But then I think its best to carry on with life and at times, getting away and doing stuff like meditation can help.

A nice and crisp, short review. Looks like a must read on a serious issue of bygone times.

March 20, 2017 at 6:07 pm

Yes I have read about it. It is a typical Dan Brown story with a lot of historical and cultural facts and some lesser known observations. Drags a bit in the end, but great overall.
