I think such Programs can be effective, with Good Planning as well as Implementation, which is not too much subjective and where plans are altered too as per needs.

If followed properly, it can be beneficial. Yet most important is that Goals should be well defined, and mechanism for tracking and clearing of doubts ought to be fast and systematic.

Rightly said and in an IT company, each individual had a role to play in KM. Yet many can’t contribute much either due to ignorance, or lack of Management support.

In fact we started taking soft drinks less and less, almost 10 years back when reports surfaced of the presence of pesticides in many soft drinks.
Occasionally I have them with Pizzas and Burgers, because these drinks “help” in digesting these foods which are hard to digest. 🙂

The problem with me often is the time available on weekdays. And even on weekends, if I travel even for 1 day, it consumes a lot of time. So, I have to write more number of posts to make up.
But yes, interaction does helps.

I have always felt that for a Pay to Write site, the Admin must always share whatever conditions and circumstances they are facing- good or bad, so that one can appreciate why earnings are slow or fast. Doubts if they persist can lead to speculations and that can do a site more bad than good.
Also, I would not mind a daily post limit if that helps site, but it must be clearly defined and transparent.

For next 5-6 years, I believe facebook will maintain its dominance. Someone might close the gap, but experiments like Tsu will in all likelihood fail.
