Using points from an article is ok, but passing as one’s own is not acceptable. However, one of my articles of Wikinut, which I wrote here was rejected by LB.
So, I rewrote that completely.

@sauda and @evilelf thanks for responding. Yes, this menace is impacting people in many countries.

One needs to be careful- check each and every use statement, has SMS alerts, do not share password(s) especially of one’s bank cards, over phone or in person. Even sharing with family members ought to be avoided.

Also, Banks need to have a full time cyber security team for preventing Online cyber frauds or attacks on websites.

I too used to be very regular long time back, but now I am focusing on LB, and to some extent on Mykites and a couple of other sites.

Well, I have had some similar experiences. But then that is how we learn how to deal with people. We have to be careful when meeting new people. We have to see how they behave in certain situations and then decide whether we need to be good with them or not.

Yes I can also see that when submitting posts, we can now also add tags, which can help in social media share.

I could have done that If I had the time and Internet bandwidth to do so many discussions. Yet I rarely have both or even one, not even on the weekends.
So, $1 is a high figure for me, generally.

Online earning will need more effort to generate earnings equivalent to Offline works, because advertisement rates and earnings are not as high. Still, a good effort at calculating.
