Balancing the stuff is not that easy rather it is a tough job when there exists some sort of conflict between our mind and heart. It must be a tough situation to be dealt by someone. Anyhow balancing the stuff is a nicer idea and it will really work. But I would repeat, balancing is not that easy.

We think with our minds and feel with our hearts. Sincerity comes from the heart. Empathy comes from the heart. Love comes from the heart. If not then we only think we are doing these things when in actuality we are not.

This is a very good article. It teaches a lot and from what I have heard read and seen I feel it is only right that people who suffer from blood pressure should follow their doctors doctor’s advice to the latter to avoid any getting worse. If p3ople take their medication in the right way blood pressure can be controlled. It is a very dreaded disease by many, but its not a death sentence if everything is fine right.

This is a very informative article that gets right to the point. Hypertension runs in my family. I know my mother takes medication for it and she also had a stroke a few years ago too.

All you have said or written is actually very true. Because happy people don’t struggle too much to be happy. The simple things in life are what make us or keep us happy. Most of us struggle with practically everything, we never take the time to enjoy the simple things in life. We tend to think that when we struggle we will be more happy and relaxed. But that’s not true. Taking time to rest from your everyday work or routine is very important. Then we also need to take time to do what we love to do, that will bring fulfilment in our lives and also cause us to be happy. We can make so much out of that. This is something that i have experienced myself. Whenever I do stuff that i like I am always happy and i can work for hours and not get bored. So i actually agree with you on this topic makes all is sense for real.

This is a very good question. As much as i did not like history in school because of the many books you had to read, but the thing is history revolves so much around the blacks being slaves. How it all begun really i cannot tell. But the only thing that made blacks become slaves is because the white community colonised us. But it is what it is we cannot change that, we were colonised and we got our independence what remains now is for us to do what we have to do and do things out way and on our own without being dependant on the white community to get things done. We as Africans need to change that trend that Africans are slaves. Yes it’s true that most of the whites get to do all the top jobs while the Africans settle for the dirty jobs. Ask yourself this question who gives them this jobs in our countries aren’t they our leaders, we have very learned people in our countries this are the people who need to stand up for their people and say not to slavery of all kinds and do what is right. Africans are bright and we have alot going for us all we need to do is get up and grab what belongs to us when it’s available don’t just sit there and expect to be given good jobs you have to be aggressive. We are the ones who let other people come to our countries and take our jobs. It’s not that we are not qualified for those jobs, but its the way we take ourselves and put ourselves down. If only we believe in ourselves and take up the mantle. We don’t have to keep living with that idea in our minds and hearts that we are slaves. Just remember that there are great minds in Africans. Obama and Oprah and many others are a perfect example that something good can come out of Africans not just slavery. Slavery is something that was there back in the days and it can only be used to refer to history not in the 20th century. We are over that.
