We like Jesus’ contemporaries, want to reap, that is to enjoy the fruits of the Kingdom of God, namely, social peace, justice and happiness.
If the Kingdom of God has come and it is already in our midst, that does not mean we are going to enjoy its fruits. The Kingdom of God is where God rules, and God rules where people accept him for what he is, where he can be Father and where his sons and daughters can accept his plan for them.

The serpent was the one who encouraged the woman, Eve, in the Garden of Eden to eat of the Tree of Knowldege of Good and Evil. It told her she would not die but that her eyes would be opened and she will be like a god, knowing good and evil. The serpent said to the woman, “You will not die, but God knows that the day you eat it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like gods, knowing good and evil.” (Genesis 3:4)

After Adam and Eve ate of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Eve, God said that man had now become judge of good and evil. God feared man will also eat of the Tree of Life which would make him live forever. Then Yahweh God said, “Man as now become like one of us, making himself judge of good and evil. Let him not stretch out his hand to take and eat from the Tree of Life as well, and live forever.” (Genesis 3:22)

Let it be known that God loves us dearly. So in turn we should love him too by obeying him. Jesus Christ showed us how to love and through his sacrificial life he showed us how to obey God. If we live for ourselves we are not committed to God. Obeying God means obeying his commands. When we love God we have no choice but to obey him as well.

When God blesses us it is not just for one day or one moment; it is continuous. Only we can stop the flow of God’s blessings. We should aim to please God. We should trust in him. Faith in him brings joy and secures our place with him for the future. Each day we should look forward to life in the new Jerusalem even as we reap his blessings now.

I completely agree in what you have said, being impatient can lead us to many wrong decisions in our lives, by not asking God permission, by not asking God guidance we are leading ourselves in doing wrong things, in doing only what we want but forgetting what really God want us to be.

Growing in spiritual wisdom means being virtuous in the eyes of God. People may call you stuck up or holier than thou, but in the eyes of God you are valuable. According to Proverbs 31 you can have a profitable life with good relationships, a happy home life, and successful business ventures, as long as you run your life according to God’s principles. Therefore you should not allow other people’s criticisms and opinions to weigh you down. Instead, be concerned with obeying God and being a valuable jewel according to his will.

Jesus brings living water, which is God’s gift to us, his children: the gift of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit whom we receive, helps us worship God according to the truth.
God does not need the words of our prayers, but looks for simplicity, beauty and nobility in our Spirit. The Spirit of God cannot be communicated except to those who seek the truth and live according to truth in a world of deception.
Each one of us is in some way the Samaritan woman.
Those who really seek the truth recognize it when it is presented to them.
We must first believe in the messenger of God.
