The fact that many researches have been conducted does not mean 9ne can extravagantly consume cholesterol. Cholesterol is implicated in many disease conditions especially diseases that have to do with the cadiovascular.
Fat is a risk factor for obesity and overweight and in most times, excess fat is not usually digested in our body and this gives room for diseases -

Sugar is of paramount importance but quit often people say taking sugars in excess results to Diabetes especially the Mellitus type. This is entirely false and i repeat it is false.
Diabetes is a metabolic disorder that is associated with increased/eleveted blood sugar levels.
Diabetes is not resulted from taking exogenous sugar be it a monosaccharide, disaccharide or polysaccharides. It’s a disease conditions that is associated with problems either with the pancreas not producing enough insulin or cells of the body not responding to the produced insulin.

It’s a fact if you have diabetes, you will be restricted to some diet but this should not be mistaken for its cause.
Thank you all.
Everyone needs sugar in their diet there is nothing wrong with indulging in sweets…unless you do not know how to take care of yourself. I say this because so many people become over weight and have rotten teeth and try to blame the sugar when really it’s because they choose not to also eat balanced meals, exercise and brush their teeth after eating. If everyone would take care of themselves there would be no bad light to shine on sugar.
Sugar is very important for our life system
