I like your article. Yes, we should not be chasing money but ideas. As a Christian, I get frustrated with mediocre people who are content to getting a job and staying there for 20 or 30 years and having little to show for it. Usually, its a gold watch, a pension and some IRA. Nothing wrong with a job but one should dig inside and stir up the gifts given by God. If we stir up those gifts which are talents, skills and abilities and put them into practice, we will see our income increase and eventually see wealth come into our lives. Patience is the key and above all, avoid Greed. Putting Jesus first and he will give you the wisdom to prosper. Good article and enjoyed every minute of it.

It is a supply and demand ratio. More demand would mean less supply and so the rate goes up. This is the case with all commodities.

Yes, that is true. We studied this in College – the law of demand and supply.
Though, even if they didn’t but the commodity in a higher price because they have an existing stock, they really would mark up their price since they know that the demand is high. Whether it’s more expensive the people will buy it.
Sad though, that the people would buy because they can’t do anything since they need it that moment.
