@writinglover22

Its alright, just take your time around here.

You will understand gradually how it works.

Yes, when you read posts, do leave long comments.

If you write 40 words, you earn 0.005 cents.

But if you could write 100 words, you will earn 0.0100 cents.

Then your earning will increase faster.

You can also follow what @kaka135 did, answer 2-3 person comments in one comment box.

Then you will definitely hit 100 words for sure.

Cheers.

@sunil

congrats on your first dollar my friend.

I haven’t reach there yet.

I am sure you can reach your next $$ in a very quick pace.

Best of luck and do let us know when you cash out

@sunil

I understand what you are referring.

I also had encounter this disappearing act yesterday.

It was very annoying and exasperating I must say.

It seems that the page doesn’t refresh immediately.

So you had to log out and log in again.

That is what I did.

I did try to refresh the page but it didn’t post my comments either.

That is why I had 2 repeated comments, which I had thought that the site was having a glitch.

Anyway, try to refresh the page or just close the forum and reopen it again.

Your message came out .

Cheers

@ruby3881

yes, that figure is the word count of your post.

Just let you guys and gals know how much I got for my blogs

256 words = 0.0200 cents

367 words = 0.0500 cents

396 words = 0.0500 cents

hence, I reckons that if you write 400 words or more, you might be getting 0.006 cents or even more.

if you could write 1000 words, maybe 10 cents?

Worth the effort, you could try it out since you are professional in writing good posts.

Do let me know how it turns out, eh?

We could help each other this way.

cheers

@ruby3881

Gee, I didn’t think of that.

Is it alright for us to reveal our earnings?

Maybe give a hint should be alright.

Did check out My History?

After your blogpost had been published, go to My History and check for a “number” figure.

For example, I saw “265” instead of new forum reply.

Next to it, you can see your earning for that blogpost.

I had earned 0.02 cents for my first article.

hence, it wasn’t a good one.

I wanted to edit but I can’t find any edit button.

Trouble is, how do I know how many people are reading my post?

I am still figuring that out now.

Maybe the support team could help us out.

@morgoodie

its alright, don’t push yourself too hard.

Yes, I had lost hope of a couple of sites too, I couldn’t reach the min payout even after 6 months of writing.

Looks like it is going to take ages for me to cash.

Hence, I understand your feeling.

Hope that you will start your first blogpost here.

I am looking forward to it.

Best of luck.

@4cryingoutloud

you are right.

Sometimes, it is best not to keep looking at the earnings.

I get so disappointed when I couldn’t reach my daily goal.

Hence, I don’t feel the fun of posting or commenting.

Right, usually when I am on a new site, it will take a couple of months to get things kick up and going.

Once, I get the hand of it, familiar with the regime, it flows naturally after the first redeem.

Best of luck dear!

@kaka135

thanks for explaining to me that the points might not be related to our earnings.

Maybe I had a misunderstood that with more points, you are getting more money.

Wow, you did a grand job on your daily earnings.

With 50 cents per day, I am sure you can hit the min payout in 20 days.

I think, I will take a longer time.

From my calculation, I earned much lesser than yours, I might take 2 months to reach there.

Yup, you are right about the forum replies.

As long as you can write 100 words, you will earn 0.010 cent.

You are doing much much better than me.

Kudos to your hard work

@grecy095

everytime I write a post that had been published, I would post the url at these following social media sites:

Facebook

Twitter

TSU

Google+

Pinterest

Linkedin

Tumblr

DIGG

stumbleupon

many writers claimed that Facebook and Twitter increased the external traffic but not in my case.

I found more traffic coming in from Stumbleupon and Linkedin instead.

I can see the number of people reading which post that I had shared.

Hence, social medias did helped me to earn money.

For example; I had 120 visitors referred as up to today and one signup referred.

Although each visitors I had earned 0.0010 cent, very little, well better than nothing right?

Give it a shot

@morgoodie

thanks very much for your reply.

I am glad that you had understood what I had wrote because sometimes I do give wrong information that writers misunderstood me.

Maybe, I am not clear enough in terms of explaining stuff.

Yes, I had been getting prompt payments as long as my earning reached USD$50, every 5 months , approximately.

Hence, I had been receiving hundreds of dollars from Hubpages all these 6 years.

You could go for poems or recipes with around 400-500 words per post.

Remember to use pixabay or your own photos.

Hubpages dislikes “stolen photos” and use keywords.

I am sure that you can do well there since you write write better comments than me.

Anyway, at the moment, I had found one Hubber here, no news from anyone yet.

Hi!

Is that photo that you had uploaded- is Chicken dumpling soup?

Looks very comfy and nutritious.

Yes, I love ice-cream too on hot days.

However, I can’t take the whole tub because my teeth aren’t strong enough to resist the coldness.

So, I would buy McD ice cream cone, vanilla flavor and gobble up the whole ice cream cone in 2 minutes!

When I am down, chocolates would be my comfy food. It helps me to feel better but I don’t take the whole bar, just 1 snap of it.

Some people love Chicken Noodle Soup colds and runny nose but I prefer hot porridge with minced meat and peanuts.

Chinese love porridge, hot and comfy.

@support

dear sir/madam,

May I know whether it is possible to edit my blogpost after it had been approved and published online?

In addition, it is possible to edit my post under “Awaiting for approval” mode?

Can I edit my blog post under Draft mode ?

I cannot find any edit button on the page itself.

Please advice, much appreciated for your help.

May 8, 2016 at 5:11 am

@4cryingoutloud

Yes, I have the same taste as yours, BBQ chicken and fried chicken.

Those are great numbers for parties and dinners.

You just gave me the idea what to post for today, thanks my dear.

As for dumplings and chicken, what are those?

Stew or braise or fried?

Do you have the recipe?

I would like to try this and do you make them or dine at restaurants?

Do share, thanks for your reply

@lookat

Just to let you know, I am looking for that button too!

Once your post is published, you cannot edit it, if I am not wrong.

In addition, if your post in under “Awaiting for Approval ” or under “Offline” which is save draft mode, you cannot edit or publish it either.

I had tried both yesterday but couldn’t get into the edit mode.

I don’t find any button to edit the post either.

I will ask support and see how it works out.

Will keep you updated

May 8, 2016 at 4:56 am

gosh!

I noticed that my comments went missing again yesterday and today.

I had to retype my comments and now it appeared 2 same comments !

Sorry that you have to read them again.

I guess I have to wait and see for the page to upload or refresh

@lovern

congrats my friend, I am glad that you had your blogpost published.

Now to check out for blogs that are pending or approved, go to your main page, your profile page.

Right at the top of the page, you can see:

Home

Blog

Activity

Group, etc

Go to Blog

There are two sections:

Post Now ( post a new blog)

Dashboard ( you can see your blog post status)

Click Dashboard.

It will bring you to the number of blog you had posted.

Awaiting approval-means pending

Live – means published

Hope that this answer is helpful.
