On the top right corner, there’s your name under “Hello”, click on it will bring you to your dashboard.
Click on Profile, then click on “Change Profile Picture”. You should be able to upload your profile picture there. 🙂-
I done everything you said and it’s still not working but Thanks anyway I’m going to keep trying though…
