I’ve been to UK, but never visited Leeds. The restaurants seem most appealing to me, I like spending my time with a nice meal and a glass of wine. I would definitely make some sightseeing if I go there one day.

Life is unpredictable in many aspects. Even if you plan your routines and have your goals, it doesn’t matter if it is meant to be something else. I think we should live for today and make plans for the future, but not count too much on them. We can count only on things we can control.

In reply to: scheng1 wrote a new post, A few lessons from the lazy cats All of us know how lazy a cat can be.   A cat sleeps nearly 18 hours a day, and most of the time you can catch them sleeping at all odd […] View

Cats are definitely my favorite pets, but I never thought about them in this particular way – that we can actually learn how to live a better life from those tiny creatures.

And indeed, I should admit that no matter how small a living thing is, we can always learn from it by just observing.

Nina started the topic Using tags in this website in the forum Group logo of About LiteracyBaseAbout LiteracyBase 9 years ago

    Hello,

I have a question regarding posting in LiteracyBase. So, I noticed, there is a field “Topic Tags”, and I kind of wonder what is the correct formatting of tags? Should I write them with commas, or spaces, how many words should be one tag, how many tags should I include? Or is it better to leave that field blank?

    I’ll appreciate if someone…[Read more]

The website seems well designed. I hope it is a truly paying site. I’m also looking for legit options here and there and I’m glad here I can find people who share their knowledge, and I will do the same on my side.

Nina replied to the topic Doing "Tasks" Sites in the forum Group logo of Making Money OnlineMaking Money Online 9 years ago

I am not a big fan of this type of websites that offer tasks. Partially, because, the highest paying websites of this kind are not available in my country and the lower paying websites offer too little according to me for the job they require.

And I also noticed a tendency that many tasks are available on different websites, so if you’ve…[Read more]

Nina started the topic About black cats superstition in the forum Group logo of Mysteries, Myths, SuperstitionsMysteries Myths Superstitions 9 years ago

There is a common belief, or call it superstition, that when a black cat crosses your way it will eventually bring you bad luck.

I don’t believe that’s true. And in fact, I had a black cat living in my home, which crossed my way several times a day, but I still consider myself lucky. I don’t think the color is what defines your luck. Do you…[Read more]

In reply to: peachpurple wrote a new post, How to make food healthy and fun As a parent of two, I can tell you that getting your child to sit still for 5 minutes isn’t an easy task, especially when he is growing up from a […] View

I completely agree children should be taught by their parents while they are still young. It becomes harder to learn and change as we grow older and people are more capable of getting into the habit in their first years.
However, it is not always an easy task as every child has his own temper and should be treated individually.
