@Christi Espinola ,That must what to do to redeem ahead of the scheduled date to avoid doubts and delay. There is also a writer here @kaylar who told me that he redeemed January 1 but received his pay March, so I got the support now of what the Support told that i redeemed Match 1 not february, I am so sorry to myself.

Hi Cely, It’s great to get the updates. There’s however no need to panic regarding requesting payouts. No matter whichever time zone you are in, you cannot be late more than a day. Hence, consider the penultimate day of the month as the last day for putting in your payout request. It should suffice in my view.

Happy to know your payment is on the way. I think it is better to redeem on the 25 or 26 of every month. I am following this principle to avoid the issue which has been stated by the support and admin. Thus it gives sufficient time for those who have to make  arrangements for payments to the writers. Thanks for this very vital info. Considering I am a newbie, I find this news discouraging. I have put in so much work towards literacy base, and I do hope I get paid.
