@nakitakona13  It has to do with your server that stops working for a while and then restarts.

@nakitakona13, I experienced it awhile ago, what I did, I just let it that way while opening other sites, then after 1 minute it opened by itself. It might be internet connection slow.

But in the long run as @Ruby3881 has pointed out  views will be collected and the earnings will go up for those with higher rating, such as yours.
