I do not think that I could eat animal genitals. I think I will pass on that soup of the day. I am not much of a soup person but I do like chicken noodle and cream of broccoli. I will sometimes make a soup with leftover chicken and rice. My mom used to take left over beef roast and cut it in chunks and cook it in beef broth with egg noodles. I loved that.

I do not like KFC except for their cole slaw. I got sick from some of their food one time and will never eat their again. I would rather make my own chicken and then I know that it is fresh. It might not be as crispy as theirs but it tastes better to me.

I have not quite made  $1 in a day but have come close when I had 3 blog posts published along with commenting and sharing content on social media.  I just share any post I read and then I can make a few cents that way. I wish I would have had an easier time writing blog posts in the beginning so that I could have earned more. But I am trying to catch up now, so that I will have quite a bit to cash out next month. That is if they pay here. Lol

I have not been doing too many survey sites lately since I was getting burned out on them. I have stuck with Mintvine though since I was getting quite a few surveys and have cashed out a couple of times with them here in the past month. I get tired of doing the same thing day in and day out. Plus I have been trying to be active in here so that I can reach cash out. But seems I have missed that train this month. Oh well there is always next month.

Every family does something different on birthdays. In my house, I will make a cake and decorate it for the person who is having a birthday such as my kids or my sister. I will buy my kids gifts for them and my sister gives them the choice of restaurant to go to and a fun place to go such as bowling, roller skating, or a movie. This kids love this. I do not usually get a cake for my birthday either unless I make it myself. So last year I had no cake.

@grecy  If we lived in the same country, I would make you a cake all for yourself. You do so much for your family and everyone that you deserve something for you. It is sad that family cannot do for you at least half as much as you do for them. That just shows what a good person you are.

I have taught my kids to use a sharp knife and my daughter who is 10 helps me a lot in the kitchen. She loves to cut vegetables for dinner or to cut any food at all. I have been slowly teaching her to cook and there are some things she can cook on her own. I always tell her to be careful when using a sharp knife and have taught her the proper way to use one and how to carry it or hand it to someone. She does a really good job when she is cutting and I think it is fun to have her in the kitchen helping me. I will also teach my son how to cook and I have already begun teaching him how to use a knife.

@ruby3881  I am not sure. I took the text off and did grayscale. I tried to put on a new layer but I have not figured them out really. I clicked on new layer and then text but I still got grayscale so I just went back to color.  I will keep playing with it to figure out the layers.

@grecy  I am so sorry and can fully understand your anger. I cannot believe that someone is doing this to you. I hope that the admin will do something to rectify the situation for you. It is not right for someone to do this and get rewarded with it.

@ruby3881  I haven’t had a chance to check out Canva yet, but hopefully soon.  I may need to find an easier way to do the text. I tried to do grayscale for a picture and then put text but I could not figure out how to get the text to show a different color. Maybe I should have done something else instead of grayscale. I will figure it out though.

@nakitakona13  Payment is not until the 10th of this month, so no one has been paid yet. A few have cashed out and are waiting for their payments. I have not reached it in time since I was not very active with blog posts so I am a little behind. So hopefully everyone will get paid and I will have a hefty sum for next month to get paid.

Oh my gosh!! I did not know this. I was not completely sure what the layers were for but now I will have something to play around with. I get involved in this type of thing and I can be lost forever. My children may become orphans. Haha  Okay, I will not go that far, but I do love to learn new things like this. It is fun. I like to be creative so this is a good way to do that. Thanks for the tip @ruby3881

So we had to reach the threshold by the end of May to get payment or do we have longer since they do not pay until the 10th of June? I am almost there but if that is the case then I will have to wait a whole other month. I thought as long as we redeemed before the payout date then we could still request it. If that is the case, then I am bummed. I hope everyone gets paid and I am waiting to hear from those that requested payment already.

@ruby3881  Oh no you told me other things to do on there!! Lol  I do tend to get addicted to new things so I will have to be careful. I have not tried too much other than the text. I do not know that much about graphics or what the tools do so that should be interesting to learn how to do on there. I will have to learn the eyedropper so that I can pull a color from the image to use when writing the text. I play around with different colors to see which ones are easiest to read and look nice. Sometimes, it is hard to choose because of the background can have too many different colors or objects to make the text hard to read in certain colors.

@peachpuple  I am just learning all this stuff too. I like your pictures that you have of your food on your posts and think they are good. I like being able to put the text on the pictures I use since it makes it look better to me. I have not tried Canva or Pablo yet but they are on my list. Do you like using Canva?
