@scheng1 Yes he does have quite an imagination. He wanted to build it big enough so that people who did not have a place to live could live there for free. I would love to have the innocence of a child once again. He probably would like that idea of building it by the sea and on top of a mall so that everything we ever needed was only an elevator ride away. He would have to incorporate a dog park in there somewhere now that we have a dog too.

I have always wanted to visit Ireland and explore the countryside. I have always felt drawn to it for some reason. It seems so rich in sites and folklore. Or maybe I would love to see the faerie folk and other creatures of myths. Anytime I see pictures of Ireland, it looks so green and pretty. |

Congratulations on reaching your redemption. I have a ways to go since I have not been doing many blog posts and have not been very active due to time constraints. I think though that I will just redeem the $10 and let the excess just build up again. I do this on another site that has a $10 minimum. That way I do not have to start at zero. I think that is just my mental quirk that I don’t like to start back at zero. Lol |

@scheng1 LOL This discussion did take a little detour from the original topic. Sorry about that but someone mentioned food and the different delivery options they had so I just got side tracked by food. Now I see where my son gets it from. Haha. But doesn’t a dream house need good food? My son when he was about 3 or 4 he would tell me that he was going to build a huge house so that me, my sister, grandma, and anyone else who wanted to live with him could. He was going to have a McDonald’s attached to it so we could have food and also his favorite restaurant at the time Out Back. Except he was going to call it Back Out. Maybe I should write his story of a dream house. Hmmm something to think about. |

@ruby3881 No we have not watched Oliver Twist but I am sure I would like it. I will have to check it out and see if I can find it for them to watch. I never thought about reading an abridged version of the books. When we get settled in our new home, we will have to check out our local library and see about these children’s books. Thanks for the tips! |

@ruby3881 I shouldn’t have said babies since I did not have twins. My children are only 15 months apart though so that is what I meant by my sister having 2 babies. But do feel I was lucky to have been blessed with them before having the hysterectomy. My sister does not have any children either, but she feels as though mine are hers as well. She feels the same about our other nieces and their babies. So in essence she has 7 children who love her very much. |

@ruby3881 I have tried to read Dickens but I just was never able to finish them. I guess they are just not my thing. My children used to be into a series called The Magic Treehouse and there was one where they went back to the time of Dickens and met him. I really enjoyed those books too. This one went into a lot of detail about Dickens’ life which made it very interesting. Thanks for sharing the site for the free books. I use Kindle and have found a few classics on there. I will check this out. |

Where I am moving to has Chinese delivery so we will be in heaven. I do not have that now and the only thing that delivers is pizza which is expensive and not always desirable. It does get tiring although I never thought I would ever say that since when I was a child pizza was what I always wanted for dinner. Of course, that was homemade pizza though much better than delivery. @scheng1 I would love to be able to take the elevator down to a restaurant. That would be very convenient to be on top of the shopping mall. Maybe a little too convenient for my wallet. LOL @ruby3881 I also think that you do a great job writing and wish I had your skill and knowledge base for writing. I have learned a lot from you and value your help. You are awesome. |

Yay!!!! It worked. LOL Okay I will try that from now on. Hope others can do this as well. I need to learn to do this on Twitter or how do you get the picture on the link there? I am just learning Twitter and it confuses me. I am technologically challenged. 🙂 |

@ruby3881 I thought maybe that had something to do with it too when I seen that after I posted in there. I will try it again.

@ruby3881 Yes it was a bad hemmorhage and my sister’s life passed before her eyes since she thought she was going to lose and she would be stuck with two babies. I felt my life slipping away from me. I did not know that it was happening since the numbness from the spinal had not completely went away. I initially thought that something had happened to the catheter and I was urinating on myself. I had my sister look and she said call a nurse. By the time the nurse got there the blood was all the way down to my ankles. According to the doctor, I had blood clots the size of grapefruits. They were not sure what caused it but thankfully they stopped it. Anytime, I passed a blood clot after that I was freaking out. I ended up having a D&C a couple of months after that because I did not stop bleeding after the six weeks like normal. A couple of years ago I had a hysterectomy because I had endometriosis really bad so maybe it had something to do with that.

@ruby3881 I have not heard of Edith Nesbit before so I am going to have to look into those. I am always looking for interesting books to read with my children. We like to read at night before bed even though they are getting older, but I will keep doing it for as long as I can. I loved Jane Eyre too. I never really got into Dickens and Twain. Another of my favorite classic books is The Picture of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wilde. This is a wonderful book and it was also made into a movie which was very good. |

Not sure what I did wrong but it did not work. |

Okay, here is my other link for my second post in the writing challenge. I am going to see if I can embed it like @thinker and @ruby3881 did in another forum.

Okay now that is cool. So basically all we have to do is put the link in its own line then hit enter after it a couple of times and then you come up with the whole picture and link in the post like you have? I will try this when I put my link in here. Thanks for the tip. |
