I guess tablets do work sometimes if you take it as helper, not to depend on it and take it daily and for long time but only to take fro sometimes only and to keep doingn diet

coffee tea or even cinnamon, I like to drink hot drinks at morning, though I like tea I prefere coffee at morning , makes me more awake, tea I drink it in the middle of the day

Chinese tea is something before british reach them its so pure and lovely, british is fine too but I find it light, Arabic is also different but its more powerful and has invented it themselves, hahahahaha how you mix the history with their tea, anyway there is the Turkish tea also since the Othman empire and that above any disccribetions

I do like Arabic and Chinese food, they are so full of vegetables also and my best food from thse two are one sandwich they call it Falafel, its pure vegetable and I just love it and no matter if I’m hunger or no I want it and never say no to someone offering this food to me
