Rest day … no work out.
50mins boot camp done. Great weather
AM workout. 220 squats with 20kg weight. Let the day begin.
So I am gym addict. I workout 5-6 times a week…sometimes 7 days a week, depending on my stress levels. Breaking out in sweat is a big stress relief for me and I can also have a good night sleep after a good workout.
