I have been apart of something called foot ball but never cheer-leaded. Although I can say I enjoy watching the show they put on.

Love and understanding should be given to the mentally sick person. He/she might commit a suicide . In a family for example, the parents must talk to their children , and all siblings must assist to avoid bad occurrences.There are many possible reasons why a person is mentally sick.

i like the olympics, so many types of sports to watch and I can say that the Chinese, USA and other countries are very strong competitors

I really could not understand how can they establish a bonding between the two. Depression is a mental activity. The Obesity is  caused by irregular sleeping or no sleeping, improper dieting, bad habits, alcohol, and bad hobbies. I can not agree with the observation made . I think they are missing something that is actually linking this to depression.

@Charefeddine Merah  Well, I am not doing any exercising for raising my any body part. I am just doing for reducing fat only. Lol. so I can’t help you with that. But I guess you are having good back already. 

What is this ? Very peculiar effort. I never heard people desiring for a big back. Do you think it is good for health?. It means you want an exercise that can transfer the fat from other parts to this particular part of the body. You can do some curling followed by squatting.

No. I am not fat. Doing some job is not related to becoming fat at all. The principle behind this is one should give proper exercise proportionate to the food intake. The exercise chosen must be even to all parts of the body. Leaving some parts means giving  a chance for the accumulation of fat in that area.

I think the cheerleaders are employed to do the things which the audience can not do openly when a sporting  event or match  is in the progress.. That include stunts, chants, yelling , dancing, and Tumbling. Now, this itself has become a big sport. Very interesting to know.

yes. That may be true about the energy drink. But, I am told that it contains Alcohol. Is it correct? Once, I wanted to give it a try. I could not drink even a small tin of it. Very strong. I do not know how can it work as energy booster.

The safest method is to mix one or two spoons of Aloe Vera juice in a cup of hot water and take it. It makes the bowel movement easy and safe. It won’t tear off  the skin. You can enjoy it safely.
