@bestwriter I agree 100% with you, Grace. A rapist is a rapist, regardless of his background or his connections. This young man would have served more time had he been convicted of marijuana possession or a breaking & entering charge.
The bias is very plain to see. It feels like somebody (Daddy, the swim coach maybe) bought off the probation…[Read more]

Something happened?
Nobody celebrates for you, I will celebrate for you this coming birthday of yours.
Don’t feel down.
Try this year, buy a cake and chow down the whole cake.
I want to do that too if I could.

@lovern It was smart of you to ask the question! Good for you 🙂
I am unsure about plagiarism scans. Perhaps the admin didn’t think it was needed for the forum?
@scheng1 Yes, it’s a bit of clever trickery. But as soon as the admin see they will be deleted. Perhaps they thought nobody would notice the posts if they hid them away in the forum.…[Read more]

@lovern It may be a long time before the Philippines are added to many writing sites. There are a number of issues that affect countries in Asia. Often it is initially because of problems processing payments, which is why some sites say they will only pay if the user has a verified international PayPal account. Kyla Matton Osborne (Ruby3881) replied to the topic Making Graphics for Your Posts in the forum Writing for the Web 8 years, 5 months ago
@morgoodie Watch out! The graphics bug is addictive! Once you learn to add text, you’ll be wanting to use the eyedropper tool to sample colours from the image in order to pull out a colour from the image itself when adding the text. Or adding an extra layer with a box that can be placed under the text to increase contrast and improve readability.…[Read more]
