We were all told before taking an oath during jury duty last week, all of us were instructed that if we were chosen as jurors in a trial, we were not to watch news or read the newspaper or go online or talk about a case on social media as any of these would be a violation and that we would be sworn to not even talk amongst ourselves about the case we were involved in but to deliberate during the trial only in the room where we did our part in dealing with only the facts of the case. I think it is very sad that anyone would share court case information on social media as it is at least, in the USA, contempt of court and a violation to do this.

This is a good idea. I like it a lot. Thanks for sharing.

I usually read or watch YouTube videos about space sciences or watch documentaries. I am not alone as I am married and my wife and I watch t.v. together and enjoy good conversations. I think it is fundamentally important to have a companion to share in activities. Such as meals together, traveling and shopping together, and taking time to do individual activities that you both may enjoy either together or separately. I read, watch t.v. listen to music, draw and many times like to take long walks. I do work on the backyard garden sometimes and I maintain the property. It keeps me pretty busy. Oh and I do like to blog a lot.

I have been purchasing cases of 24 plastic bottles of purified water from the supermarket. Is there a better solution for me to get purified water that would not involve the purchase of an average of 48 individual 12 oz. plastic bottles? I do know that the plastic bottles are recyclable but the caps must not be sent with the bottles and that even then I wonder what they do with these plastic bottles once they reach the city recycle centers.

Slow is sometimes frustrating. I have seen days when there was nothing to read new at all at other sites. I think the main frustration here is that getting your posts approved because you are a newbie might tend to be a drag. I myself don’t know how many posts I need to created before I have advanced to a higher level at this site so I can then edit my own articles and get them submitted ASAP without delay.

I heard from a special radio program that answers questions by car owners and it goes something like this, “A problem well defined is a problem half solved.”

That said, it is my idea that asking questions is the best way to find the answers so there are no dumb questions. We all learn something from others, nothing is too dumb or too complex. Just ask and you know you might just get the answer you are looking for.

I have a friend who calls me once or twice a week who is neither a virtual friend nor a friend I can expect to knock at my front door. That would put him into a 3rd category, a telephone friend. lol

I always buy clothes from off the racks after I get a good look at them. I find it convenient to shop online when I know exactly what I am going to purchase, like a lawn mower, a DVD movie or a case of Evian water.

I would want to make sure it’s original owner got it back. Because the alternative to this might be, for instance, If I took it to a local jeweler to get it appraised, they might tell me it’s approx. value, then offer me cash and I would of course be on their radar. When the person who lost it in the first place came by asking if anyone might have sold it to them they could describe me to them and that might not only endanger the jeweler for buying it from me but I might be on a hit list. On the other hand if the owner of that diamond were to get it back, there is always a chance they might offer me a fine cash reward for finding it. This way it would be a win-win for me and for the person who got the diamond back.

I still can’t find a place to order burgers online that deliver directly hot and ready to eat.

I find many items are misrepresented as to proper size and scale. Something looks big in a picture and you order it and when it comes to your house in a large box mainly full of air, it looks to small you feel like you’ve been ripped off.

They wouldn’t give me any antibiotics last time I had a cold or whatever it was. I went home and decided to drink herbal tea, chicken soup, drink lots of water and gargle with salt water and soak in a warm bath and breath the warm moist air. Got lots of rest and before long I was okay again.

In the meantime I spent time with my wife, watching vintage black and white movies to pass the time and if I got a bit nauseated I would either drink ice cold cola or ginger ale.

I tried a very small jaypeg of a button to see if that worked. At first nothing happened, but after several days went by my button avatar showed up. lol

mark the water faucet knob so that you can know to turn it only so far, instead of turning it wide open and wasting two or three times as much as really needed.

Let the bathtub water drain connect to an outside water hose line so it can be used to water large shrubs or trees instead of giving it back to the city’s main water line because you pay the same for it anyway.

Place a large 50 gallon can at the edge of where the roof water drains and collect it for watering garden plants.
