I don’t exercise whenever I lack so much sleep. I know that I cannot exercise well and would pant easily if I do that.
When I lack sleep, my gums becomes weak that it pains me when I chew. This is the number one indication that I lack sleep.
In order for me to be able to sleep early at night (10 p.m.) I don’t open my iPad or use my phone anymore an hour before that. In addition, I now drink my calcium supplement at night because I have read that it helps in making you sleepy. So far , so good, I can now sleep as early as 10:00 p.m.
