What we eat affects our health, there is no doubt about it. Even if we know that certain things e.g. ice cream is not good for us,  still we sometimes cannot control and eat it.

That’s right Tracy. Only few are conscious of their diets nowadays.   If one will suffer from diseases like diabetes, cancer, and other severe illnesses or obesity, that is the only time they will check on the food they are ingesting.

So true, the food produced now days is actually so unhealthy, but we normally just consume it without actually checking whats in it.

Yeah, I got your point @mahesh. By just lending, our ears, listen and understanding others problem is enough than giving lots of advice that are not helpful to them.

Though giving advice is helpful but think it twice if it really complements with the situation.

I agree that some of the time we give generic advice. And that is not even got to be placed in the right context. Most of the patients that I came to know in the hospital that has the same case as mine already died. I am not sure if I am the only one survived. I am surviving and I want to survive. Mmmhh this is quite interesting i love tge concept that you have used to show us what Christ is all about. Withiut Christ we are truly notging he is the one who holds everything in our lives. He created us and its for that reason that we are to put him first before everything we do.
