When I was a child, my mom used to beat us a lot. She was always nervous and she was never in a good mod. My brother was spared from time to time, but I would be punished instead of him. Today, when I am a mother, I understand why she did that. She was way too busy with work, home and two kids. It was not easy for her. She helps me a lot now with my daughter and I am so thankful for that. I am trying to always be there because she did not have an easy life at all.
