Wonderful article on meditation. You have stressed out the importance of meditation so beautifully in this article. Mediation is really substantial and everyone should spend some time for this. Besides the spiritual wellness, it has loads of benefits to the mind and body.
Each mudra and postures in the yoga from the olden days has a significant meaning behind it. Each of them connecting our holy body and spirit to the mother earth. If we regularly do yoga and meditation them we will be free from most of the diseases and stress-related problems.
I have been yoga and meditation and started recently. Before I was doing yoga and meditation I used to fret for a small thing, get nervous unwantedly and shout out everybody in anger. But now, I gave changed a lot as far as my behavior and personality are concerned. I can calm myself in difficult sirtuins, and also I am able to think clearly while taking important decisions.
So I recommend all our friends to read this article and regularly do meditation. Thanks 🙂

Dear haripriya,
Thank you for your feedback and compliments and indeed meditation is so important to us and it is not only restricted us to just sit down and meditate, Meditation is all about how to improve our body, speech and mind. Be mindful, be aware and be connected to every moment of our actions.

Meditation and praying helps a lot.

PEEUSH TRIKHA,
Yes indeed, meditation and prayers both are very important for our daily practice.
Thank you for your feedback.

I am interested in it, though I am a Catholic; but I have one, a Santosha garland composed of 108 beads. I recite gratefulness whenever I use it. It calms and relaxes me! Thanks for the additional information about mala beads.

I don’t have one of the beads but I am praying a lot. Respect is most important when it comes to religion. Nobody must be defined by their teachings or anything they believed in. This gives me an info that India is also using the beads like the Chinese and Thailanders even Filipinos use that but I don’t know if the beads are 108 in counting. Thanks for the information.

It’s the culture that make us unique: our belief in the Lord, our ways of living, our race and what we think is not the same to other people. We live in our own and that make us different to other people, the way we smile, the way we talk to our language or dialect and the way we praise.
It’s just so great we don’t live in monotony and boring way of life. Everyday is unique for us. And it’s just so great we are given unique way of living.

Thank you for the feedback with regards to my post.
Very nice of you to share those meditating techniques, first thing in the morning and at night before we go to sleep.
Though all of us differs from one another because of our cultures and traditions , these meditating techniques is so applicable to everybody. We are all humans and as humans we feel those negative things. And yes, meditating rightly, all those things can be eradicated little by little from our system.
Hello there to Dina and Super D,
Thank you for the feedback and compliments. Yes indeed, we are all different from one another, differences in the way of how we look, culture, faiths, language. But certainly, we are all the children of this precious earth. We belong to the mother earth. Let us pray that we all will be able to live peacefully and harmoniously together.
I like the things you shared. If all the people will think and act good, then there will be no wars, no chaos, no fightings everywhere. It is self-centeredness and greed that rules the minds of negative people.
