Thank you. I have been on moderated sites where you might get an email from a mod…i.e. “Can you correct paragraph 3” or “Can you use American spelling…” something that tosses the ball back in your court. This Blogbourne is the first site that has ever had the temerity to edit my work as if they own greater ability. When I saw that… blessedly the time could not be published because my image did not meet their standards. I was so happy I deleted the item post haste and have never gone back to the site.

I can not call it ‘moderation’, it is editing, rewriting, it is insulting. And for what? There is a diff. between a mod making sure you don’t ‘Break The Rules’ and some clown pretending she has greater writing skill than you do and torturing your article. |

I am hanging back here… a bit too much information is required by the site. Secondly, a bit too many hysterical Shills running around. I can see someone posting, “I received $5.00 from site…” Not… “This is a Great Site!!! I was Paid $5.00!!!!”

WE grow cocoa here… used to have our own company…Highgate… it closed. It might open again. Cocoa from the Caribbean and South America is not Slave grown. There was a lot of publicity years ago… not on the BBC or CNN… there was a demonstration in Switzerland about the use of slaves … esp. child slaves. Children kidnapped from Mali and locked up in Cote d’Ivoire to do the work. |

Most people don’t know that the majority of cocoa is grown by slave labour. |

Green and Black was guilt free. Firstly, it was ‘green’ no chemicals. Secondly, it only used Dominican Chocolate… no slavery…(most chocolate is produced by slaves in Cote d’Ivoire.) When you bought that chocolate, the very label told you everything…dark? how dark? 70% 80%… and exactly what was in it. Cadbury, one of the top slavery chocolate companies; M&M, Nestles, Hersey, and Cadbury, bought Green & Black then sold the Cadbury company to get out of the problem with Slave chocolate.

Green & Black, (before they were captured by Cadbury and put out of business because they didn’t use slave chocolate) had a number of products which were so delicious they might have been illegal.

You hit a fact that I’ve noticed and written about elsewhere and will probably write about here. The difference between human likes and human interests and that of machines. We read what we, as humans relate to. Yet, A.I. tells us what is good, A.I. tells us how to read. Many times you’ll do a search and what you find isn’t what is interesting or what you want. Depending on A.I. does not assist a site. |
