Since I got the Bike back I’ve been going to the Supermarket every other day instead of once a week. It’s kind of a nice outing. View

You’ve made the point beautifully.    Many Owners will ‘hire’ mods who also write on the site.  They get an extra 1c or something.   The point, as I’ve made time and again, if you have a ‘hot topic’ you can’t publish it here.

You can publish recipes and anecdotes, and some how tos, but those items which suddenly get the world searching… not here.

Many sites, maybe all, have their tricks.  Some shoot themselves in the foot; i.e. not publishing an item which could go viral… but alas, by the time it is published someone else, (or the same writer) has posted it elsewhere.

This site might as well do what blogjob did; set a limit.  Say; “You can only publish ten items a week.”

The writer would know to post the ‘hot’ topics on Niume and leave the recipes here.

I also like the site… but would like it better if moderation was quicker.  It is so obvious that there are ‘set’ delays to prevent a person reaching pay out.

I will be paid this month, Dec. for what I wrote in October.  As somehow I got a lot of items published, (along with the left overs of last month) I’ve already put in for a payout for Jan, but kept back a chunk so that I can put in for Feb.

They’ll prob. stop moderating my work, to delay my cashing out

The point is, if the items Are NOT moderated they won’t be published. So I can write 1k words on a viral topic, post it now, and maybe…. maybe…by Tomorrow at 10 pm or Saturday at 10 pm it will be published.  That is why you can’t make $100 a month.

I posted items yesterday, early yesterday… still… ‘Awaiting’.

Never.  We can’t even publish 3 items in 24 hours due to the deliberately slow moderation.   You must realise that our earnings are ‘capped’ .

I try not to have more than 3 pending items a day.

It is obvious why blogjob ceased to pay… they  created an unsustainable business model.  They paid too much for nothing so now have collapsed.

Yeah, but you aren’t getting any $$

It has been more than 48 hours for me… not since Wednesday.  I’ve got 4 sitting and sitting and waiting…

November 24, 2016 at 6:42 pm

That would be very good.  When I have a comment on an article I rush over to read it to respond… so you can imagine how it is to be tricked by some strange scammer.

It was so wierd  I can’t describe it.   I wonder why people do this?

One day I found about 200 comments to an article I had posted.  I raced over only to find the same rubbish posted over and over again.  I was so confused.  Then Admin just cleared up the mess.   It just shocked me into like zombie.

Working for some one who effects your equilibrium and makes the office hell is not productive.

I am not a coward.   But I found myself developing some very negative traits. Unworking, uncaring, sloppy….  no.  I can’t let someone corrupt me to that extrent.

I once had a Boss From Hell.  And what happened is that I stopped caring about everything.   So did everyone.   I recall when the office was not unlocked on time, I went across the road and hung out.  It was a lovely social encounter.  No one cared.  Everyone eventually left… only the whack job secretary remained.

For many people, they couldn’t care less about the work place.  They go there to get $$ and aren’t the least interested in anything.  So nothing is going to bother you.  It is only when you care.
