This is a great article about the importance of meditation. Meditation has been proven to be one of the best exercises for both physical and mental health. It not only helps in relaxing but also it has the ability to improve our concentration and memory power as well.
My morning routine includes Yoga and meditation. I daily do Yoga and meditate. This helps me to be happy and fresh all day. Also, it helps me to improve my character by controlling my anger. I can think clearly and make clearly analyzed decisions. I stopped doing things in haste and also I learned to be calm during difficult situations.
Meditation has this kind of amazing benefits. It has improved my level of productivity and I can work longer actively. On an average human mind takes 10 to 15 minutes to completely suppress the thoughts and be in a state of emptiness. This state cannot be achieved simply but by practice, we can master it. Achieving this will help to improve our daily life to be more productive, happier and healthier. Thanks for the article.

A great article and you have written it very nicely. Depression has become a major problem in day to day life. 80% of Indian women are suffering from depression and that too the majority of the sufferers includes young women. As the world is getting changed technologically in a fast pace we fail to take care of our health.
The quotes that you have mentioned are really new to me and highly motivating. Even though there is negativity prevailing around us we should try to take in the positivity in everything which will keep us away from unwanted problems and troubles. We should have that self-control and improve our character by having us around optimistic people. Thanks for the article.

To be a home-based Mom with so many chores to do is a great challenge; it can be so stressful indeed!
-
However said being a mum is the hardest job in this world was absolutely right I cannot put it or say it any better. Women have the hardest jobs ever, be it in the home or in the office somewhere the work women do cannot be compared to any other. A woman will work for 24hours a day without taking rest. Anyway being a stay at home mum can be very difficult considering you are the only doing everything. Here is the thing do not bury yourself with work. Please deligate and i say again deligate some work to the other people in the house. If the kids are grown up get them to help with the chores in the house, taking out the garbage, washing the dishes cooking meals, doing laundry and so on. If there are no kids deligate some work to your husband get him to help with stuff around the house and within. Don’t say that your husband doesn’t help you yet you don’t ask him to. That way you will ease off the burden of having to do everything in the house.
Another thing is always take a day off every week. Whether your alone or with your husband. Get a baby sitter go out have some fun, sometimes take a Saturday go out have yourself a make over or something go shopping drive around just do something that makes you happy and let daddy deal with the stuff at home for once. That way he may start to appreciate the stuff that you do at home. Those are just some of the few tips that can help home mum to deal with the everyday pressures in the house.

My decision to attend the University of Miami (1972 – 1976) was a “no brainer”. Although I had applied and had been accepted to other colleges and universities, none of them offered me a complete financial aid package.
Getting admitted to an institution of higher learning is not nearly as difficult as trying to come up with the money to pay for your education.
How hard would it be for you to decide to attend a university IF you received a financial aid award letter in the mail that indicated that tuition, books and supplies, dormitory and meals, would all be paid for; plus you would have a small allowance which you can earn via a college work-study program to pay for small additional expenses.
My recommendation is apply for admission and apply for financial aid at the same time for the places where you have applied. Whichever institution gives you the most aid in grants, scholarships, loans or a work-study program … get your degree from them!
Don’t know how it works in other countries. But that’s how it works in America.
NOTE: Also in the USA – Financial aid funds sometimes depend on which President is in office. Some of them like to cut funding for educational programs. Yeah! IT’S DUMB! But they do it anyway! The years that I attended university, lots of poor “financially disadvantaged” kids like me had an opportunity to go beyond getting a high school diploma and get an advanced degree.
(Hope you’re reading this, Mr. T.)
