@peachpurple I have not try the draft feature or edit the unpublished post before. I have only written one blog post so far, I will try it out and see how it is. Yes, I agree with you, we should be able to edit our draft, though I think it’s fine not to be able to edit the post we already submitted for review, as the moderators might be reviewing the post, if we edited it, then they might need to review again. I was wondering why you have two similar comments when I read that. Perhaps the team is working on something, and that’s a glitch. At the moment, I guess we will just need to bear with these glitches, glad that they are not major errors.

@4cryingoutloud I suppose you have forgotten the name of the site, am I right? ๐ @grecy095 Mturk is a site where you can perform some tasks and get paid. Have you tried microworkers or shorttask? They might be similar sites. You can check out what tasks they offer on their sites before you join. It’s by Amazon, so I think it should be quite trusted, though I am not too sure about this. @morgoodie I have not heard about OneSource, but clickworker sounds interesting to me. I am really tempted to join, but I am sure I do not have enough time for more sites now. |

@ruby3881 Yes, that’s what I guessed actually. But, the number of words I counted is a little bit different from the words shown there. Just 20 word difference, I think. I think admin and other moderators must have spent lots of time to read and review the blog posts we submitted. They have been really doing a lot of work to set up this site, make this run well and also review our posts. This is really not a simple task to me. Thanks @admin & @support for doing this! ๐ |

@haraka That’s interesting to know. Perhaps the edit button only appears when there is no other reply after our comment. I will check this out after I have posted this reply. @grecy095 It’s me who misunderstood that. ๐ |

@sunil I am sorry to hear that happened to you. I haven’t encounter those issues you mentioned so far, except for the missing replies when clicking on reply button. Perhaps you can message @support and see if he can help. I need to check out if there is any private message function or how we can contact the support here too. ๐ @ruby3881 Yes, I think that too. As stated in FAQ, the earning is based on quality and quantity of the post. Though I am not sure how the quality is being “calculated”, I think the length of the post does count. I think with the quality maintained, the longer post will earn better. Perhaps @support can confirm this with us. ๐ |

@sunil Thank you for guiding me about the sharing. I really need to check it out. I haven’t really share much yet, I am still figuring out how to do and learning more about the social media sites. At the moment, I have only set up Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest, as I already have these accounts. @grecy095 I actually started to learn about sharing in social media sites from BlogJob, I found it something interesting to learn, though it might require more work, as I have to create an image or two for each post so that I can share them nicely in those social media sites. I think the blog post you published in LiteracyBase is good to share with others, as it helps others understand the site better. Also, I think it’s good that you share that one post now, then your readers in social media sites will have time to read more. Moreover, we can also share posts from others, but added with your referral code, so you will earn from the referring visitors as well. |

@grecy095 I actually read from the about us page, stating the LiteracyBase was founded in 2014 by two IT professionals. I also think these two IT professionals are also working on database, as there were groups about MSSQL and Oracle (database system). It would be good if @admin can let us know more about the history of this site, as there were only some blog posts back in 2015, but not any until lately. It’s always interesting to know the story of the site, and the men/women behind it! ๐ |

@morgoodie It seems like clickworker is quite good. You have only joined for a month, but you have been paid twice. I think it’s quite similar to microworkers, but the minimum payout is lower which is good for us. I will check it out when I have more time later. ๐ Are the 300 bonus credits for advertising purpose in Ayuwage? I only get ads from the three tabs (View, Regular, Explore) so far , as I do not get any to do in other tabs. I thought it’s because of my location, so I don’t get much to do. How about Search? Do you get any task for searching? That sounds interesting and something different to me. @grecy095 Then the earnings from Humanatic is really good, but you might have to really pay attention to the call, right? I don’t think I can do that now, especially I need to attend to my children anytime if they need me. That’s why I like reading and writing, these are something I can pause anytime I want. @support Thanks for the encouragement. I guess we are all still new here and need some time to explore more about the site. ๐ |

@peachpurple Though I personally do not like to stay at the screen to watch the ClixSense ad, I think they are more responsible to the advertisers. ๐ I have seen familyclix ads a lot, but I did not join it. Have you got paid by familyclix? @morgoodie You are welcome. It’s always nice to share and learn from each other. ๐ Yes, Ayuwage is really earning fast to me. I usually do View, Regular and Explore, as I got ads from these three tabs. I will also check out Special since you mentioned. ๐ @grecy095 I guess by us logging into Ayuwage website more often, we might get more ads. Also, I do get a few ads from Explore tab, there’s where we can earn more. |

@sunil What do you mean by comments disappearing? Is it in forum? I just straight away use the comment box at the bottom of the forum thread, and mention the member’s name by adding the prefix @. I guess I did not encounter the missing reply issue anymore by doing this. Hope this will solve your problem as well. I do not like the ad at the bottom too, that’s why I do not like infolink ads. When I find it disturbing, I just close it. Glad that there’s a cross icon for us to close it. Perhaps the infolink ads will bring good ad revenue, so the team put it in. |

@peachpurple I hope by me posting my earning not to offend or discourage anyone, I was actually trying to encourage all the members here that we can actually make good money from this site ($0.50 per day for me is considered very good pay). Though some people think it’s a very slow earning site, I just want to share that we can still make it if we write better quality and quantity forum replies and blog posts. Another reason I am trying to work harder or faster is that, I am going to deliver my baby end of this month. So I am not sure if I still have time to work online after the baby arrives. So, hopefully I can make my first cash out before that. ๐ @morgoodie I prefer interacting with others too, I think it’s more enjoyable to do so. I still can’t think of what topic to write in the blog here. I am guessing LB prefers some evergreen contents, this is just what I think. ๐ @4cryingoutloud Yes, I think sometimes it’s good to be surprised. I am trying to work hard because I want to try if I can make my first cash out very soon, then I can tell others that this site pays. That’s my intention. ๐ @ruby3881 You can find the individual earning in My History section. For mine, it shows the number of words in my blog and the earning for it, it doesn’t state “blog post”. Look for that, just a number, that should be the earning for blog post. |
|
@grecy095 Yes, I just shared my blog in LB on Twitter so far, have not really shared much yet. Thank you for reminding, I will do that soon, and also share others. I was reading from another forum thread that we can just share by clicking on the share buttons, and our referral code will be included, but I am still not too sure about that, so I just shared manually. I agree with @grecy095, it’s a good place where we earn friends too! @peachpurple So, we can share our referral link in tsu as well? I think I joined that site when I was still in tsu, but I totally forgot about it. I will try to share the posts there. Thanks for mentioning DIGG too, I also forgot about this site. I have read that Instagram is good as well, but I haven’t try it out yet, and I do not have an account there too. To me, I think Twitter brings me more traffic. For me, I do not share in Facebook and LinkedIn, as those are more for my personal stuffs, I seldom share my working online information there. Sharing to social media sites looks really good for you! Thanks for the motivation, I think I should share more. ๐ |

I have made more than $1, $1.36 now, I joined 3-4 days ago. I think I earned $0.50 in one day when I was active on the site. I didn’t spend much time online during the weekend, so I didn’t get to earn much. I personally do not think the points shown in the forum have anything to do with the earnings. The points look like just reputation points that given by other members (by voting up). I guess that might affect our ranking or some functionalities unlocked, but not our earnings. I usually check out My History to find out how much I earn for each task, and the earning is quite consistent (which is based on the length of the forum reply), so I guess it doesn’t matter what my points are. I guess I earn mostly from forum reply, as it’s more enjoyable to interact with other members, learn form others, and I also try to share what I know with others as well. I am hoping I can cash out within 20 days, if I am able to earn $0.50 per day. But it really depends whether I have much time to spend in the following 20 days. ๐ |

@elvapo Welcome to LiteracyBase. Most of all, if you can write good blog post, I suppose that will be the biggest earning. We are not sure how much we will earn from a blog post, as it depends on the quality and quantity of your blog post. So, the better quality and lengthy post might earn better. Besides earning from the post, you can share your post in the social media sites, then you will earn from every referring visit too. Besides writing blog post, I actually prefer to reply in forums. The earning will be more if your forum reply contains more words too. So, I guess trying to write useful and lengthy forum comment might help to earn better. As stated in Earn Rewards page, referring others to sign up to this site will make some good money too, as you can earn 10% of what your referral is earning. I do not have any referrals yet, so I can’t comment much on this. Hope this helps you to understand a little bit more about the site. Enjoy your stay here! ๐ |

@grecy095 Sorry to hear that happened to you, especially when there are stresses fromย someone else, and those areย your parents. I agree with @4cryingoutloud ,ย I think it’d be good for you to take a break. A break doesn’t need to be long, perhaps justย 30 minutes, walking in the park, and going to the beach (if there’s any near where you stay). I understand sometimes we might not afford to spend some free time on ourselves especially when we are too tight with our schedule, butย I always remind myself if I do not take good care of myself, I can’t take care of others, even my work. I agree that blogging or interacting with others here can make us feel relax a bit, but I still think it’d be good if you can justย turn off your screen, go outside and breathe the fresh air. Sometimes getting near to the nature will give us more energy. I know you have been working very hard, you have to love yourself, give yourself a small treat, then you will be able to serve others better, especially your parents. I wish I can give you a hug. ๐ |
