The minimum amount to redeem is $10. So, you have to earn at least $10 in your account, then only you can make the redemption. I have been paid once, and I read many members have been paid many times too.

@tevin55 I am not too sure, but I think @sunil or @swalia might have already earned $100 from tinycent as they have got paid several times. I have just got paid twice, $5 and $15, and just redeemed the third time. Hope I will get the payment very soon, but it is more likely that I have to wait for about 10 days.

I agree that it really depends heavily on the parents or caregivers. I am not sure if the children really enjoy themselves with the electronic gadgets or television programs, as nowadays many kids like to spend time with these two.

I still bring my children to the park and playground almost every evening, so they get to play with the other kids in the neighborhood with the playground set, some games, badminton or football. As a stay at home mom, I get to know many neighbors at the playground too. I agree that there are not many moms bringing the kids to the park, some might complain there are many mosquitoes or it’s quite dirty out there, but there are still parents bringing their kids to the nature.

I think my children are enjoying their childhood, as they are playing all day long at home, in the yard or at the park. We don’t really go elsewhere, but they can find lots of things to do just in these areas. Anything can become their toys, and they can just set up any games they wish. By the way, we are no TV home and the children are allowed very minimal computer time since they are still young. I wish my children learn to do things and have more fun with their hands, legs and body, not just sit there like I used to be. 🙂

@peachpurple TinyCent has already fixed the issue with PayPal and started paying to the members via PayPal. I have received my first payment, and now waiting for my second payment.

I agree that it would be better to go for direct bank transfer if possible, as paypay fee is quite high. I think it is USD $0.30 + 4.4%. I wonder why the fee from clixsense and mylot are different, could it be those sites absorb the fee?

September 25, 2016 at 2:40 pm

I forgot we are getting $0.001 cent per view at LB too, I always remember we get a fixed pay for an article. So, I guess it’s better pay here at LB.

Yes, I remember reading it is $1 for 1000 views at Niume. It seems to be a very good looking and professional site, with proper FAQ section as well. Moreover, their referral program sounds attractive, $1 for a referral.

But I don’t really understand what it means by the post should have a minimum of 5 lines of text. Is 5 lines 5 paragraphs or 5 sentences? So, does word count matter?

I think if we are to write at the site, we need to study more too as there are different terms, such as sphere, hype, which I do not quite understand, but I have not really look into them yet.

@dawnwriter It is good to hear that the community is vibrant. It is nice to find a good site that pays and friendly community as well.

@sunil How do you track which social media sites bring you more traffics?

Currently I am sharing my posts to twitter, google+, tumblr, and just added stumbleupon to my list. I wonder if the time I share also make big difference.

@jellybean26 It is a new revenue sharing social site where we write posts and earn by views.

Minimum number of words per post: 200

Maximum posts per day: 10

Minimum payout: $5 for the first time, $15 for subsequent

Pay rate: 0.5 cent (USD) per view, i.e. 200 views = $1 USD

Payment method: Direct bank transfer (For those who are staying in India), Amazon gift card and PayPal

I have read that some members have been paid via direct bank transfer and Amazon gift card, and I just recently got my first payment via PayPal.

Hope this helps  you to understand the site better.

@bestwriter Yes, PayPal charges the transaction fee. It’s 4.4% + $0.30USD for my country. I redeemed $5.21 and got $4.68. It would be slightly better if it’s $15 next time. 😀

@swalia Have you got your second payment yet?

September 4, 2016 at 11:33 pm

@bestwriter It is good to hear that. So, those are the social networking sites you are using? Do you have lots of followers in these sites? I only share in Twitter and Google+ so far. I will certainly explore for more sites if I continue to write at tinycent. I am thinking whether or not I should continue writing there, now I am inspired by you! Thanks! 🙂

I just knew who you are at mylot, though I was also guessing if that is you, because you were mentioning about flowers and gardening. 🙂

September 4, 2016 at 3:10 pm

@lovern Sorry to know that you are feeling disappointed with that. I have to confess I did not spend much time reading the posts too. I would love to, but I just can’t find enough time to do everything I want to. Perhaps many of us are having too much on our plates. I do not know why I always prefer to spend more time on forums when I visit LB rather than the blog, though I might earn better writing a post than a comment here. 🙂

@superd You are welcome. It always takes time to learn something new, moreover LiteracyBase is not similar to other sites, so I did take some time to figure things out when I first joined too.

@peachpurple I am sorry if I am the writer that does not reply. 😛

I have not been visiting LB for quite some time, and every time I visited the site, I only managed to write one or two comments in the forum as the video ads really slowed down my computer. I am now starting to check my notifications. 😀

September 4, 2016 at 2:54 pm

I have not been visiting the site for quite some time, as the video ads previously slowed down my computer and it made me difficult to continue working on my computer. I am glad to hear that the video ads are now removed, and it loads faster now.

I also just noticed that the latest blog posts were published on 31 August, so there are a few days without approving and publishing any posts. I am not sure if it is because of the month end, the team is busy handling the payments and also it is weekend. Hope we will get to see new posts tomorrow.

September 4, 2016 at 2:51 pm

@bestwriter  You are right. I think we can still earn better at tinycent, though I don’t get many views. I get usually more than 10 views per post, so I think I will only earn less than 10 cent per post. But, it is good that the limit of posts per day is 10, so if we can write many posts, we will still get to earn more.

It might be a good time for me to work on the social networking sites, so it will help to bring me more traffics now and later too. I still do not have much idea how to work with stumble upon, though suny has mentioned it is really a good site to share and bring traffics to our posts.

Though I might not be able to write a few posts per day, perhaps just one or even none, it is still good to try it out especially if the site is trusted. Have you got your second payment already?

September 4, 2016 at 2:29 pm

@sunil I did not know @swalia is a work from home mom, but I do not think work from home mom has lots of time to go online, as sometimes kids’ requests can be more demanding and critical as compared to boss’s or clients’, especially when you have more than one child. 😀

Same as @naruto100, I might get more free time to go online if I work in the office when I was not so rushing for deadlines. @naruto100, you are doing really great with these online jobs, and you still have a full time job! @sunil is doing really well too. I wonder when I can learn to manage everything well. 😀

@shavkat @luciaanna @peachpurple Just to let you know tinycent has paid me via paypal. It is my first payment. But I think for those who are staying in India, it is better to be paid through direct bank transfer, as the  paypal fee is quite high. I think it’s 4.4% + 0.30USD for my country.

September 4, 2016 at 1:09 pm

@bestwriter Yes, I am happy to get my payment. I continued to write on that site because I have heard from others, the owner is trusted and sincere. Though we all wish to earn better, I also think 1 cent per view is too good, and it might not keep the site running well for long time. So, hopefully reducing the rate will be better for all.

I am not sure if I will be making $15 there soon, as I don’t drive much traffics to my posts, so it might not be easy for me to earn there. 🙂

September 4, 2016 at 1:05 pm

@frostice Tinycent is a revenue sharing social site, where we can write posts there and earn some extra money. The pay rate is 0.5 cent per view, so if you can generate more traffics to your posts, you will get to earn more. Minimum payout for the first time is $5, and the subsequent payouts is $15. Payment method includes direct bank transfer (for those who are staying in India), Amazon gift card and now Paypal! 🙂

@ashley0323 I think there are some good and bad comments about the site. It is not meant for Indians only. Perhaps previously there are more Indians getting paid as they got paid through direct bank transfer. I read there are people from United States have redeemed Amazon gift cards too. I am glad that they now pay via PayPal, so it might interest more people around the world to join the site.

Previously it was paying 1 cent per view, which I think is quite high too. But now, they have reduced the pay rate to 0.5 cent per view. Hope this will be better for the site in long run, though I wish it was still at a higher rate. 😀

September 4, 2016 at 12:31 pm

Thanks @bestwriter for sharing this good news. I have made my redemption last week, and have received the payment from PayPal two days ago. I am happy that the site has finally solved the PayPal issue, as it will be more convenient for members who are not staying in India to receive payment via PayPal.

I wanted to write a post and also share this news to others in tinycent and also mylot, but my husband is away from home these few days and I am taking care of three children on my own, so I do not have much flexible time to write. I am surely going to share this, as I have read some people stop writing at tinycent because it does not pay via paypal. So, this good news is going to encourage more people joining and writing there.

But I just found out the pay rate has been decreased when I logged in to tinycent just now. Perhaps this is better for the site in long run. 1 cent per view seems to be too good. 🙂

Thank you for your replies. Then I suppose the admin will only call those who stay in India, and he is willing to discuss about his site. I think he would like to find out what members think and how he can improve the site, am I right? I just try not to simply give away my phone number, as I do not wish to answer some telemarketing calls or spam calls always. I heard something like this from chatabout as they received many telemarketing calls after entering the phone numbers for some offers.

@sunil I only have Paypal account, so I usually join those sites that pays via Paypal only. Perhaps it is good to check out other payment processors too. I heard about Moneybookers, but do not know it is already changed to Skrill now.

Thanks for tweeting my post. No wonder I got extra more views for that. 🙂

@swalia My post has been changed under my name now. It seems like the team works quite efficiently.

@naruto100 Thanks. I will check out the post you mentioned. I did not know you are naruto though I have been reading your name Anand in the forum. 🙂
