Dahi wada have become a household name all over India and in fact even foreigners have started liking it.

My wife is an expert on this particular dish. She use both lentils Moong and Urad for preparing Dahi Vada. My favorite is Moong though.

@suny I have not tried mung. Should taste good. I will try it out. thanks. The other day I tried with leftover bread. I soaked it in water and made balls after squeezing out the water.
