I think you have a point there. If you don’t like to get angry, then don’t be always at the social media.
Some people can just be so overbearing when at FB. They keep bragging of eating this and that . And they do it everytime the eat, can you imagine that?
I used to hate myself for being angry so easily. Now, somehow I have tamed my anger.
When I get angry , I drink a tall glass of water, sipping it slowly. As I do that, I think of ways on how to deal with someone peaceably. It’s hard, but it’s doable.
In addition , I always pray for God to help me have control over my anger.

If it is your family who sees you depressed they will surely ask what’s wrong with you and how you can be helped. They don’t actually move away from you but it is you who is isolating yourself. But they are apprehensive of what you might be doing to yourself.
The best thing to do when one is depressed is to tell the parents and family, because they can help you get over it. They can accompany you to see a doctor about it.
