I don’t think or believe … in fact, I would dare say that I know … I KNOW that leadership skills has nothing to do with a person’s gender. God gives people “gifts” or “talents” or “abilities”. If any person – male or female – is not prevented or hindered or oppressed – and is given the opportunity to use their skills to the best of their ability for the good of all the people, the end result will be the same. All humankind will benefit. It doesn’t matter whether the person is a man or a woman. It has a lot to do with the person’s character.

I’m afraid we are fast drifting towards being a failed state. What has happened to our human feelings and compassion for fellow Nigerians?
