In the Bible, Deborah was a judge and Esther was a queen. Both of those women had husbands. Both of those women played a significant vital role in saving a nation. I don’t think or believe … in fact, I would dare say that I know … I KNOW that leadership skills has nothing to do with a person’s gender. God gives people “gifts” or “talents” or “abilities”. If any person – male or female – is not prevented or hindered or oppressed – and is given the opportunity to use their skills to the best of their ability for the good of all the people, the end result will be the same. All humankind will benefit. It doesn’t matter whether the person is a man or a woman. It has a lot to do with the person’s character.

the awful act was gleefully perpetrated during the day. I can no more comprehend the extent of our people’s cruelty. How does burning people correspond to whatever they might have pilfered? I’m afraid we are fast drifting towards being a failed state. What has happened to our human feelings and compassion for fellow Nigerians? This single dastardly act says a lot on the psyche of an average Nigerian. Our law enforcement agencies need to be proactive and be alive to their duties. Those caught in the web of this wickedness must arrested, prosecuted and sanctioned appropriately.

Incredible! I just published a post in another community about Donations. My bottom line is: Income is income. Donations are donations. Income should result from working. Donations are contributions usually as an act of charity. But with the advent of ad blockers, some entrepreneurs working for profit place the Donate button at their site. Are there any other options or alternatives for the online workers?
-
Only option is paid work. Because free work supported with ads is not going to last long. So I think we have to either charge for work or just not publish things online.

OK. I don’t agree with you. But I’m no prophet and can’t predict the future. So I can’t really argue with you either because I don’t know enough. Let’s just say … I have hope! 🙂

Haha that is totally fine. I don’t know the future too, I am just checking the trend.
