This is very interesting. It has not hit me so much to think that plants can actually do all this things. If i knew of a plant that is able to reduce headaches that would be a plus for me. I also keep having headaches, and sometimes am not very sure what causes them. I can recall sometime back when my dad was still alive, he used to love a plant that used to smell so nice at night. The flowers used to op3n up at night only and the smell was heavenly. It could spread all around the house when the window is open. Somehow I must say my dad used to look very relaxed as he sat back on the sofa watching news hahaha. I remember that with nostalgia. As for my mum age she used to have her flowers too. I was particularly very fond of one it made me feel very warm, i dont what other word to use to describe it. Then there was also the money plant I don’t know if anyone knows that plant but it’s very popular in my country. People associate it with money. Funny enough it’s actually true. You may find when you have money or your going to have money the plant blooms, when you are broke it withers. Be the judge of that me i have seen it happen because I have the plant at my house. Thanks for sharing this I have learned something new about plants.

I love plants, and always make sure I have live plants inside our home; at the sala. I also have snake plants which I place near our bedroom’s window. It is interesting to note that a plant can clean a 100-m. space inside a house. Thanks for this information.

Every country should have a library like this and have it open to its citizens. Libraries are one thing I really love about America. I took them for granted until a friend from another country indicated that what we had in our libraries is not they what they had in their libraries in their country. Wikipedia has an excellent article on the “History of libraries”.

Many do I am sure. I saw a picture on Pinterest of many in different countries.

Okra is a nutritious vegetable; and we used to do the one you mentioned earlier, where we soak two or three okras in water overnight then drink the water first thing in the morning. Now I remember I have to do it again. Thanks for the recipe.

The key is to wash the okras and dry them completely. Moisture makes for a bad okra.
And this is one of those few vegetables which I have cooked in my lifetime.
