Try redeeming by the 25 or the 26 of every month and get the payment on the 10 of next month or at the most by 15. Do no delay redeeming till the last moment that is the last day of the month. Doing it four days earlier also gives time for the payment team to arrange for your payment.

Happy to know your payment is on the way. I think it is better to redeem on the 25 or 26 of every month. I am following this principle to avoid the issue which has been stated by the support and admin. Thus it gives sufficient time for those who have to make  arrangements for payments to the writers.
