@shaloo walia and @peachpurple,I usually donate to victims of floods. I give clothes, t-shirts, all new usually 30 pieces, plus canned goods, noddles, sacks of rice. Some of my friends abroad also helped the needy thru me and their close relatives. It is better to give than to receive. I never give cash. I only give cash to the beggars.

Fist you can start by donating the old clothing and toys you have that you no longer need nothing more will bring joy to little children’s faces.

Also you can donate food items and basically anything edible that you have no use for or have a lot off. We need to restore the humanity and it starts with the guy in the mirror.

In fact we started taking soft drinks less and less, almost 10 years back when reports surfaced of the presence of pesticides in many soft drinks.
Occasionally I have them with Pizzas and Burgers, because these drinks “help” in digesting these foods which are hard to digest. 🙂

All of us desire to live too long, and it only be interrupted if disease triggers our health to deteriorate. You are right when you said that we have to eat moderately.
