That apple cider vinegar in water before meals? That’s a weight loss tip I’ve never heard. Might try it.

Everyone wants to lose weight but why loses weight no body thinks on this topic because weight gaining causes are different in everyone not the same in all persons.
In our eat-and-run, massive-portion-sized culture, maintaining a healthy weight can be tough—and losing weight, even tougher. If you’ve tried and failed to lose weight before, you may believe that diets don’t work for you.
You’re probably right: some diets don’t work at all and none of them work for everyone—our bodies all respond differently. But while there’s no easy fix to losing weight, there are plenty of steps you can take to develop a healthier relationship with food, curb emotional triggers to overeating, and achieve lasting weight-loss success
Some experts believe that successfully managing your weight comes down to a simple equation: If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight. Sounds easy, right? Then why is losing weight so hard?
A different way of viewing weight loss identifies the problem as not one of consuming too many calories, but rather the way the body accumulates fat after consuming carbohydrates—in particular the role of the hormone insulin. I think time spending with pets is an ideal thinking because pets are human friends neglected by man knowing;y since the creation but I say pets the best friends of human being free of greed and boundless pleasure providers to the whole human beings. For example I have flying pigeons all are colored when they fly in the air in flock I feel pleasure looking at them flying in the blue sky in fresh air.
My cousin Tina has tamed a white whole Iranian origin look very cute when she walks in my lawn. Her food is special and she uses toilet in the hour of need and sleep on the bed all alone if you tease her she will say mew in a very low voice but beautiful voice attracting the listeners’ stony hearts.
Those who love animal are loved by God great or small because animals save our life sacrificing their life to provide us meat is the kindness of animal to men.
Taming animal is an art every body cannot tame as cat or dog and parrot. I think parrot taming is the best because it talks like human being at home and men feel pleasure listening to talking sweet, sweet, children like this very much when parrot talk in its mellow voice like a spring nightingale.
