We have a mild insecticide NOTIX which does the job. It is also used for other pests as well.

My Dad and I read that moth balls helped with pest so we bought a box of moth balls and spread it around the outside of the house and actually helped only down side is that it has a old people smell. It also helps with other certain pest like rats and i think roaches. Good luck

I noticed that I had to mop the kitchen floor every day after cooking.

The floor is always sticky and my feet turns blackish!

So, mopping is compulsory with soap water.

I read somewhere that putting some Baking Sods over the drain and then pouring hot water unclogs the kitchen drain, and sink, and also kills bad odors.
I did try it out a bit but perhaps the water needs to be hotter.

I use muriatic acid on the bowl. I stay it for 10 minutes and then clean it with detergent again. I only use powder detergent for bathroom tiles and bowl. I also clean the soap basin and put away towels there whenever I clean the bathroom. Using Zonrox is good too. After cleaning it, I take a bath to clean myself and it is advisable.

I only rely on YouTube even on washing the bathroom and what are cleaning tips to wash it for 5 minutes everyday. There are lots of tutorial and most of it works.

Yes, we are advised to separate our garbage to bio to nonbio because the ones that contains plastic is transfer to recycling program of the city. It used to be once a week and sometimestwo weeks once, i think spmebidy complained then it became twice a week. Now it is thrice a week.

There is no set pattern. But as and when I feel I do not need certain items. They will be set aside and if they are not touched say for a year then out they go.

Once every week a layer of soil needs to be placed over the garbage and that takes care of maggots and stuff.  Ants could be taken care of with a mild insecticide.  Your waste food is a great contributor for compost.
