As stress is becoming a common issue in everyone’s life people are often looking for various activities that will somehow reduce it. I love birds and watching them is indeed a de-stressing activity. I mean you can feel very calm and listening to the chirping and songs of the birds will mesmerize you and sometimes you will just forget yourself. I have experienced this in my home.

We have a big neem tree in front of our house and every morning I can see some birds chirping and starting your day with that will make you feel happy and excited. Even though there are a lot of crows around my area feeling, I tend to listen to the birds chirping wantedly.

Also, I have love birds in my home, so whenever I feel low I just come out and watch the birds play and sing is one of my most favorite activities to lift up my spirits. I will automatically feel better after a few minutes of watching them play. Indeed bird watching is an awesome destresser.

It is good that you have decided to take tuition classes so that you will be surrounded by children which will kill that feeling of loneliness. Even after tuition classes, if you feel alone then you can develop some hobby like playing a musical instrument, drawing, painting, reading books, writing, gardening, photography etc. You can go camping or hiking if you love being outdoor as these activities have clubs which will engage in more social conversations which will keep you occupied.

Cultivate a hobby and do it regularly after coming from work. Don’t dwell too much on the television itself as it will make you tired and bored. Watch some television for relaxation, listen to some songs and engage in any other activities.

I love sketching so what I do is after coming from work I will eat and relax for a while and just take my sketch book and start to sketch whatever I feel like drawing. Also, I like writing so, I will just keep on writing until I am bored and I engage much of my time in writing for online sites and for my blog. By this way, I am learning something new daily as well as keeping me busy so I never feel lonely. So, good luck my friend 🙂

When I was at 15 I usually cry for each and every emotional scene for which even that actor haven’t cried but my eyes were always in tears when it comes to the emotional part of the movie. But now I just changed my habit and still, I cry for the emotional part but not like my childhood. I think movies are portrayed like to shove the emotion in our mind with the appropriate music along with that. But my friends still bullying for crying while watching the movie.

It’s a proud thing to share with everyone. Nowadays even in major cities, people are really following the myth and most of the people are afraid of growing a girl child because of the problems around the world. But this is really appreciable that they are celebrating the birth of the girl child in a remote village. As an Indian woman, I really feel happy about this particular event

It shows the improvement of women empowerment in India. Each and every citizen of the country is responsible for the safety and development of the women. Everyone should learn to treat the women in the society and every man should respect the women.

I never visited Rajasthan but my father often visits Rajasthan for his business meeting. He loves Rajasthani foods and their culture. He usually shares his experience of having different varieties of food there. His favorite are Laal Maas with roti and Gatte Ki Khichdi which are very famous there. He usually tells that Rajasthan is one of the best places he had eaten among many others.

This year I am planning for a vacation and probably visit Rajasthan. If I visit Rajasthan I would have all those amazing foods there without missing. When my father tells me I have only seen them in pictures. It looks absolutely delicious in the picture itself. Hope I will experience it soon. Thanks for sharing.

Sorry, I never heard of this brand before but I searched about this after reading your post here. Whatever you have mentioned about the Wagh Bakri tea is so true. I am Glad that you are able to enjoy the best quality tea. Unfortunately, this brand is not familiar in my place so I missed it. I think it is only available in the north India and it is yet to reach fully in the southern region of the country.

In my region, we are able to get good quality tea and coffee from Ooty and Nilgiri hill-station. Even though it is not a first-grade product and the very good quality is always exported to the world market. It is possible to get a good quality product if we have an own estate or someone who is close to us is working in an any of the estates, then we can able to get it. Because workers of the estate can get credit in the form of tea, for the works they have done in the field.

I love tea the most and I usually take it in the evening time but my mother won’t allow me to take it regularly because of health issues.

I love summer when I was in school because of the holidays but now I agree with you, it is too hot in my place and it’s like burning everyone. I usually for a beach like you said and also I spend most of the time in my garden because of the cool air and with a very good environment. And also sleeping under trees in afternoon hours is really awesome.

With my friends and family, I will go for a vacation in a nearby hill station with high altitude so that we can feel free from summer and also I can enjoy the vacation with my loved ones.

And also I will always visit amusement parks during the summer season and it is really nice to spend time on all the water rides which will wear off the heat.

Yes, I won’t spend summer without ice creams and juices and it all keeps me cool and energetic throughout the summer. And we need to take care of our health during summer to avoid skin diseases.

Thanks for sharing the remedy for food poisoning.

Both basil and honey have a very good number of medicinal values and it is very important that we have to take both of them in an organic nature. Otherwise, it creates an extra trouble for our health.

Basil leaves have also used as a medicine for cold and cough. And also it creates a positive environment around the atmosphere and that’s why in southern culture most of the houses in villages, as well as temples, are surrounded by basil plant.

Honey is one of the best medicine for both cancer and heart disease which are the major diseases in all over the world and getting pure organic honey is rare.

Wow. The quote is simple and yet powerful. It has a very deeper meaning. I believe in the fact that everything happens for a reason and it is in our hands to accept it or not. Even if we accept we should take responsibility for what is happening around. As they will be a fruit of any of our activities in the past.

If we could take it in a cool and positive way we feel responsible and look for the solutions in the light rather than dwelling in the dark past. So, it is good to take as much as positivity we can. Nice quote.

That’s lovely. True love doesn’t come by seeing the physical beauty. It is about loving the inner beauty. And true love does not just come with the partner but it is the love and affection that we show towards the loved ones. You have put into words neatly.

But nowadays it is hard to find true love as the love has changed with time and people started to love materialistic things rather than feeling. Recently I saw in a show where when the girls were asked what they want for their marriage their answers were just unbelievable. They said they want gold, a land, a home in a commercial area, sarees etc. Nobody asked for a boy with good qualities, a loving and caring man should marry them. It has become hard to find true love these days.

Yeah, We need to understand the life fully. Its is not eating, working, sleeping, etc. It’s a god’s gift to all of us. We need to love each and every second of life by obeying the nature because nature is god and help people whenever you can.

We are not sure about tomorrow but we have today to spend with others who live for you and love you. Have a smile on your face always and it really makes you happy as well as people around you and that’s very important.

Greet everybody you see in your life and that make you feel cool and good. It gives you the fulfilment of the day and you have satisfaction in your heart while you lie in your bed at the end of the day.

Yeah, judgement day is waiting for us. We should face it with the satisfaction of our own life.

Those are good points. But following everything you have mentioned is difficult for most of the people even though some of the men in the world treating his wife like an angel.

We can’t always blame husbands as wives have also equal part in it. She also needs to understand the reality of a family situation and behave accordingly. If she did that life will be awesome and smooth to both of them.

My favourite colour is green.

But I am not always following the green colour in all the places. It mostly changes from times as well as mood as you said. When it comes to clothing pink and white attracts me more than anything else. I like blue too but occasionally I prefer it.

Yeah, as you said it changes according to mood for me and my interest towards it.
