That is something I failed to do and I even if I try, I can’t do that in here, inside our house because we have a lots of dogs and they will bark when something strange is happening. They bark with strangers standing outside our house. They are always noisy. Also, my father is talking and shouting all the time so it is impossible to meditate at home. I have to go somewhere.

@swalia I was doing the 10000 steps before and I even met that before. I bought a pedometer but it is quite useless because I failed to be consistent. Since you remind me, I will look for my pedometer after this one and will try to meet the 10000 steps. I am quite ashamed of what I look like because most of my friends are sexy and healthy and I look gross. I lessen my confidence.

@dawnwriter green tea is the other way, eliminating too much coffee replacing it with green tea is one of the best, however, the problem is that, I am not a fan of green tea. It is hard when you do not like what you are doing but you need to because  it is what’s best for you.

You know I have a crush on Robert De Niro. I am fond of watching his old movies because it really inspires me to see his handsome face. I even bought a book about him because he has lots of pictures there when he was young. I haven’t seen this movie.

One of the movie, which is never left me hanging and even failed me to blink is the movie The Next Three Days. It stars Russell Crows and Elizabeth Banks. Elizabeth Banks were accused in the crime she did not commit and his husband, Rusell Crow did everything for her to escape jail because she knows she will not be given a fair trial.

@morgoodie oh this is for your children, I am proud of you for doing that. You better do it now  as a parent will always be deciding what is best for their children.

@swalia I am praying for that one too. You need to look for a full-time job and you need to have it soon, to lessen what you are having right now.

@swalia oh, you had a surgery for gall bladder. I have a classmate that had the same and yes she is now fat and I can say begin to be obese. She is really that big, like double my size. That was fast because the gall bladder removal happened just last year. She is now depressed because of that. I think having that surgery makes you really fat but you can still control that.

I know sedentary is what caused me to double my size too. I am not okay with my size. I use to walk fast but not now I was like dragging my feet and I can’t breathe from a simple work. I really need to lose weight. I don’t want to grow old like this.

Monsoon rain will arrive in my country in the middle of June according to the weather bureau and now it is extremely hot. It will only get cooler during the evening but it is good that during the evening it will get cooler rather than never at all.

I am reading a PDF copy of the novel that the movie will be shown in June. Me Before You by Jojo Moyes. I am interested on the movie more than on the book, I wonder why. Maybe I am not in the mood on imagining what the story, I am more on the visible now.

Aside from that I am reading Chicken Soup for the Soul, Writers Inspiration. I am reading this one when I started to have a writer’s block. This book is about the summary of stories of the popular writers of our time, what are they life before, handling rejections, writer’s block and what brings them back to writing again. This one is really inspiring.

I want to read the book if I have a copy if I have money to buy a copy, if someone is willing to lend me a copy. Most of the time I watched the movie first because I don’t have the copy of the book. I will read the book after it when I have a copy or when I can download PDF copy.

One movie that I was reading the book first before able to watch the movie is Percy Jackson novels. I love this one. I also read Narnia Novels before I able to watch the movie. I also like the movie of these novels.

@swalia we met the 43 degrees in my country just this April and  I thought I will die. I want to jump in someones swimming pool. What I did was to stay in the bathroom and bathing for an hour to release the hot temperature on my body. I survived that and we are waiting for a hotter temperature as the weather bureau in my country said there are lots this month.

@slayer08 I have slow metabolism now that is why I am fluffy and I know the not normal sleeping time is the culprit too. When it comes to exercise, I only want to dance, but because of no space at home which is stopping me to get active with dancing again.

@lovern yes sissy, we have meat, it is because meat is cheaper than fish. We have meat and fish every week. Why did you ask? We also have vegetables. We even drink food supplements.

@slayer08 if you did not do those who shared to us, you might not know the difference now. I guess you are now more matured on accepting the life isn’t good and happy all the time. I did not able to do the things you did when you were young because when I was young, I know I need to work hard with studies and to look for part time jobs just to help my parents to survived. I felt depress when I get tired and was wishing that God will not able to wake me up in the morning because I can’t do it anymore, but look I am still here. I am still struggling, though.

I might talk sis, but let them be the first one to initiate the talk. If they do not talk, I will not talk. I did it before. Talking about the “full pride”in here. I don’t care. I might forgive a person on what they did for me but I cannot forget what they had done. I am not sure if my attitude is good or what is best for me, better not be like me hahaha.
