@sauda Yes, and with sites in between winding up unceremoniously and without paying any pending payments, one feels even more excited to get pay from a working site.
And I hope to see a site that might be a little slower than other sites in terms of payout rate, but is transparent and does not hides things from us.

I have not been coming here for a quite awhile now but when I was active I did write many blogs.  My normal size is 300 words that hardly got one 15 cents and so you can imagine how much I had to provide to get paid (lol)

What I notice is  we can edit only after they have been approved which means they would be seen by those where posts have been shared.  Is there no other way?

Click on HOW IT WORKS tab which you will find on any page.  Click on Redeem. Fill the amount and click transfer. Hope this helps.  You can redeem any time you reach payout but you will be paid on the 10th or later in the following month.

It is just last January that I have been referred here. Had I known about this site before I would have made already a lot of redemption.

I noticed it too since yesterday. This is good because if you have nothing more to say to a comment that you have already commented back , you can just hit like for the latest comment to be acknowledged.

That is seen by everyone. You can fill in the data only if you have 10 dollars or more.  You can redeem any time but you will receive payment on the 10th or thereafter of the following month.
