Yes writing a short story needs planning, going into character profiling, climax visualisation. Bigger stories need it at a larger scale.

She should go for a tuition for english since she has lack of vocabs

I write whatever comes into my mind. There’s a lot of document files in my laptop; most of them are stories that I have thought of.
