Many people today are emotionally or psychologically injured due to different losses that they have in curred in crisis. This is true especially though crises. My favorite sandwich is a white bread or any bun and mayonnaise, and cheese and if it is summer, then I add tomato slices,  and then in the winter unless I can buy some good looking tomatoes  I add pickles. That is my all time favorite sandwich.I forgot sometimes if I have lettuce or spinach I might add that! Yummy!
