@Joy E. Ojo ,That is right, you are not late. There are so many foods that contain omega3 who knows you already had eaten them and made your body healthy. As long as we drink water and eat on time, there is no reason why get sick,plus vegetables all around displayed rich of antioxidants. Good luck to us all.

I have to agree. Those who are suffering from thyroid and diabetes. Often are asked to get the omega-3. I have also known that the omega3 is also known to be recommended for the depression. I’m over 40 and I do not joke with my vitamins. I take fish oil daily, even though I started late, but better late than never. I dance to work out, I was once into squash, but had a bad knee injury, so dropped it. I’m happy with my dance workout, cos I get to use my whole body. My goal for 2017 is to be fit and fab.

Yes, in everything , the key is moderation.
Taking of drugs in excess can make us sick or addicted to it.
Overeating of oranges in a day can result to stomachache.
Just eat one or two everyday so you can reap it’s health benefits. And this is true with all kind of foods.

Yes @rebelwoman06 we need to eat things in moderation, even good foods like Veggies, fruits and Milks. For e.g- If we eat 10 oranges in a day, it is also something that can cause us some kind of a trouble!
I think the best way is to eat natural, fresh foods like fresh vegetables and fruits. We ought to take care of food combinations like not eating milk with fish, or meat. Avoid curds with pickles. Just to do an update, I am still ill and still bleeding sometimes but I manage to survive and I am still surviving. I really hope that i am on the rode to recovery though I have to admit that financially I am collapsing.
