I love eggplants. We can cook them into delicious dishes.

My dad used to like eggplant so much. He used to have it cooked in meat dishes. He could even eat them without meat. For me i used to find them very yucky, i didn’t like them. I can stand the taste of cucumber but not the taste of egg plants. They taste soggy to me. I didn’t know however that they lower the blood pressure. Thanks cely for that thought.

@Dina, hehehehe, there is no such delicious and unhealthy foods.Unhealthy foods are those like unwashed and full of toxic acids that are labelled as MSG .Foods labelled as having one chemical content MSG are bad for the health foods. They cause cancer , so those are the foods we avoid to eat bad for our health.

Maybe you just don’t know how to make the eggplants so palatable. Have you known how to cook the eggplant omelet? It’s one recipe of eggplant that hubby and my daughter likes so much and of course my favorite too.

@Dina, hehehe, 3 hours seem so long hours. I cannot manage to do exercise in 3 hours. There will be many points to earn here and there hehehe. Five minutes could be better by just swaying your body. That s what I am doing while watching TV. Plus, after eating, you stand up right away, never remain sitting for it makes tummy bulgy hehehe.

My hubby was once taking fish oil. However , after a day of taking it, he had an allergy and he said it was the fish oil so he stopped taking it .

I don’t want to do some exercise at least 3 hours before my sleeping time because it will surely disrupt my sleeping pattern because my mind and body will be so activated by that.

I was never sporty even now . I guess if you can categorize discoing as a sport , that’s my sport . In my college days disco was the craze . Me and my barkada twice a week , would go discoing and that’s Friday night and Wednesday night .
How i wish i have the time to exercise everyday , even at leats 30 minutes . The doctor asked me before if i can exercise at least 30 minutes a day . I told her i cannot , only on weekends .
Thus , i was given a prescription for 100 days for my above the normal level of my cholesterol last October . lol
I like fish . Though , there are some fish I don’t like to eat . I like it fried , boiled in little sour seasoning with lots of tomatoes or fish steak .
Though I know that I don’t get much omega 3 even if I eat fish , so I just take 2 gels of fish oil supplement , a day.
