bestwriter wrote a new post, What catches the interest of viewers? 8 years, 2 months ago

Here at LiteracyBase one does not bend backwards to get views as the earning prospect is minuscule. But at TinyCent the earning are based on only views.

I share my Blogs at TinyCent and do get views in the […]

    • I have always wondered what people want to read. Sometimes I’ll guess right, but many times it is the wrong moment. An item, which might go viral six months after posting… or something that gets read and copied by everyone.

    • I often wished the Mods would do some search on ‘what’s trending’ so that every so often we could see a popular topic and write on it. And timing is key. You get an item out there about the debates like 1 minute after they are over, (you’ve been watching with one eye, writing with another) you’ll get hits. [ brings me back to slow modding]

    • You have hit the nail on the head. I will give you a hint.Logon to yahoo and there you will find most trending topics.

    • The most important thing that strikes the readers is headline and topic headline in a mysterious way. As technology advances and consumers’ attention spans continue to wane, startups looking to incite consumer interest in their brands face an increasingly difficult challenge. For entrepreneurs, this means taking a tactical approach to getting your message to resonate–fast. If you can’t make an impact in eight seconds, consumers will move on to the next adorable cat photo they stumble across.

In advertising, every second counts. Here are a few tips for grabbing consumers’ attention before your eight-second timer runs out:

Tailoring your message to individual customers or groups is a powerful way to stand out among the noise. According to MarketingProfs, personalized promotional emails and personalized online advertising techniques are among the top tactics for prompting consumers to purchase.Look at Coca-Cola, for example.

For some industries, an impactful photo can communicate a thousand words. Consider anti-smoking campaigns worldwide. Most include a smart graphic that gets the point across without question–creating an instant connection with viewers.

I’m sure you remember the Old Spice campaign “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” that ran a few years ago. To keep the excitement going, Wieden+Kennedy filmed more than 180 video responses to questions from fans and celebrities and posted them on YouTube.

You have a lot to say, and using text to communicate your message is great, especially if you’re trying to optimize your website for SEO purposes. But the reality is that most consumers don’t want to read or hear lengthy, text-heavy ads.

    • I think it is fact that has been proven. The onus is on the the parent to practice what they want their child to do. I have a personal experience with regards to this. I have a girl of about two years hold who always practice everything she sees me and her do.

@shaloo walia  – It works both ways. The fact that only 3 have reached payment means other members have not been active. If this continues this site will not last.   It is for the members to be as active as possible. I was just wondering if TinyCent was not there may be there would be more activity here. And to think that I was the one who i…[Read more]

@naruto 100 of my  279 blogs only one was rejected as it was a deleted post from blogjob. It showed on google search.  When there is not much activity here the site does not earn and that could be the reason why they delay approvals. As I have said in one of my Blogs it is kind of a vicious circle where we and the site have to play their r…[Read more]

@DawnWriter Compared to blogjob and blogboiurne this is a far better site. If you compare it with TinyCent yes they accept anything under the sun and our blogs there are not rated but are based on views. I like LiteracyBase because here informative posts are valued more. And in order to write informative blogs we first need to acquire knowledge…[Read more]

@naruto 100 No matter which site I always post. Even at myLot they are I think well over a thousand. TinyCent also has many of my Blogs.  TinyCent paid me thrice and now I am going to redeem when I reach 50 dollars. I already have 35 dollars there.

I have asked this question before but somehow cannot find the thread. Can anyone please tell me if our posts are rated?

How can we know these ratings?

Also so far all my posts have been approved within 24 hours. One did not get approved as I had written it at Blogjob at first. I deleted it there and submitted it here but it showed up as…[Read more]

@swalia. I don’t know about others but I log into Literacy base daily. I have not written many posts but I comment quite frequently on forums and blogs.

I am sure Literacy base has its popularity algorithm all wrong but I do not visit the site once in a blue moon 🙂

@shaloo walia I did not mean that contact button which takes you to form but there used to be details of main site which is missing mow. LB is only front of that site as we see it.

@shaloo walia  This site is not doing well going by the number of participants here. There are no Ads as well. Unless there is participation the site cannot afford to have staff to do these chores as the site has to earn. This is my thinking.

@SuperD  You are right about participation. If you participate you will see results. @suny is active and so he gets paid every time. I got mine thrice but missed the fourth one and that will come this time.

@alina  We have to participate for this site to survive as this is one of the very few sites that pay. They have many areas where one can post and earn.

@suny  We have to participate for this site to survive. It is a paying site. You can send private message to @support and they will attend to your message.

Hope you will keep writing.  I am doing my bit.

@kaylar  I have so far posted 249 blogs here and have been paid thrice. The fourth one is ready to be redeemed. If you participate well which is required here for the site to survive you will do well too.

They delayed approval but these days I find they are prompt. My recent blogs have been approved pretty soon.

How many blogs have you written so far?

@shaloo walia I am making a determined effort to write here as I want this site to survive. If we do not participate this site will not last. This is a good site even though they may delay approvals unlike blogjob and blogbourne. I wrote 4 posts here recently and they have all been approved.

It is in our hands to make this site live.

    • Oh..Good one. Good information has been provided.
Whenever I hear the Azaan early in the morning I recollect my father who was bedridden in the hospital. He was undergoing critical treatment and the doctor has already expressed his inability. The chances were almost nil. I returned from the hospital with a deserted heart. I was washing my face and expecting a call. Already contacted some of the relatives and informed the position. When I heard the call there was my sister on the phone. She informed about the demise of the father . The Azan and the information on the Cell phone have I think got synchronized in their frequencies. I started weeping for my father
Since then, whenever I woke up early in the morning I automatically I recollect my father and simultaneously listening to Azan.
      ThankQ for the feed.
