De-cluttering, tidying and cleaning at home is always a challenge. At times, we declutter and tidy, but things again get worse. Perhaps, we need to create a sort of “process” so that things stay in place regularly.

Indeed, if we are to do exercises, it should be checked by a physical therapist or by a physiotherapist.
Pains felt on one’s body can also be consulted to a physiotherapist.
Actually, my officemate had back pains before. She had 8 sessions , two times a week of physical therapy and after that her back pain was gone.
Though, it is a bit costly. One session is worth 400 pesos or $8, but it is worth the money.

As I have mentioned in the post physiotherapy is for everybody because as one gets older muscles need certain movements.
