This should be one of the things that they teach anywhere,doesn’t even have to be at school. at least the parents. This is a system that is used alot because they use the 12-hour format instead of the 24-format to see the time.
There are times that i wonder how people get by knowing the time. For example, 4pm where i love would be 16 o’clock. to tell use that we are in the afternoon and not morning.
Either way i think people should know both formats, it will only help them and won’t have to seem a bit dumb when situations like yours happens.
If you know both formats there is no going wrong and you don’t have to get embarrassed with certain kinds of questions that is as simple as time.
